MKey last minute availability?

Hi
I’m flying next Tuesday 25 got my magic key park reservation for the 26th.

However now I could travel early, Fri 21st… but I don't see magic key availability for those extra days… have you seen if they open up at a last minute?

What if I book a DL hotel, would that secure me the access? Or even in that case MKey won’t work?

Nov 21 has been blocked for quite some time. I asked about it here and it looks like it is the last Friday that Imagine MK holders can visit this holiday seaason. The 22nd has been opening and closing so I would keep checking. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday were open until just a few days ago. I know it doesn't help with flights, but you might see some last minute openings closer to the date.

There are people more experienced with this than I am, but I do believe having an onsite reservation gives access to a different park reservation calendar that pretty much always has open reservations. Your hotel reservation should give you eligibility to use that bucket even if your ticket type is magic key.

If you book one night at the onsite hotels, you'll have access to both days in the park (check in and check out days). You'll open the hotel reservation and use the link in the reservation to book the theme park days.
