OK, so DH has gone & bought an apple mac book. I have recollections of talk about this several threads ago, but never followed it & can't even remember who had them. Anyway, DH would appreciate an hour of a mac book users time on the cruise to help him get to grips with it. In return there will be rum or whatever else the bar is currently serving.

Rate AP7 came out today -- I applied it to my already existing DLH reservation and saved over a third of the total cost (since we were there over New Year's and would be in the parks 10 days between the two trips we bought APs).

I got a very cheap quite from Access America "Classic Comprehensive" for $188.00 for 4 people. This seems awfully low. It includes all the basics like trip cancel, interruption etc.
What would cover if you were sick and had to stay in the cabin?

I was on the CDC website today and it looked like they were recommending the Yellow Fever vaccine for anyone visiting Colombia. I remember everyone discussing vaccines several times, but I don't remember this one coming up. Did anyone get it?

Travel doc said it's definitely not necessary for Cartagena, or for day trips. According to him the mosquitos that cause Yellow Fever only feed at night (I always wondered why, in the movies, they show people sleeping under mosquito netting but doing nothing to protect themselves during the day - I guess that might explain it).

On a cheerful note - my docs are showing arrival in San Jose. So even though it's scheduled for Friday, I'm hoping they might slip it in the truck for delivery tomorrow.....

They probably gave you the AAA family plan where kids are free. Ours for 10k of coverage to cover the plane tickets and excursions on the cruise was $204.00. It will cover you, don't worry. I confirmed the coverage for being quarantined with the rep since this was my greatest concern for such a long trip. We have used this policy on every cruise. It usually only runs us $90 for a 7 day cruise with 5 days in WDW beforehand so that is about what I figured it would be.

I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to do the MMC shirts. Did you get your shirts at Michaels? They are going to have the Jerzees shirts on sale starting on Sunday (7/27) for 5 for $10. If they are from Michaels, what do you think of the quality? Is the fabric thin or heavy?

I did get them at Michael's..they are thinner then our pirate shirts but thicker then Fruit-of-the-Loom shirts..if that makes any sense. We got them 2 for 5 but my and DH were a little more expensive becuase we needed a larger size. In all..including transfer paper and a cardboard t-shirt form (worked really well for lining them up...it cost us $24 and change out the door.

I think the aulity is fine for what I will be using them for.
