Hello everyone,

I have been cruising and unable to log in for quite some time.

Now that I am back home for a short time, I wanted to get the date/place and time when the meet is.

I will be down in Disney this Monday the 3rd probably without internet service.

We will be on the Magic for about a month before returning home in September.

I am looking forward to making some friends when I am on the ship.

We are not leaving until August 9th. I hope some of you will still be around to talk to and share the excitement before we leave. I guess the latest person to leave will have to lock the door and turn out the lights til we get back!

Phew!

I have been working on FE gifts tonight. They got put on hold after an early start because I had tonnes of other boring real life stuff to do but now I am back on the fun stuff. I have done one of my gifts but this next one is sloooooow to do but I hope it will turn out nice in the end!

Urgh, so tired right now though, I am going to go to bed and carry on with the gifts tomorrow when I get home from taking the girls to the zoo!

It started as only a b2b then went to a three week cruise, now a mistake on my part turned it into a four week, with one week prior in Disney World.

I am lucky in some things, and unlucky in other things. This is one of my lucky things.

We're planning to DIY this with my SIL and her family. We just plan to walk over that day and see how we do...this is about as adventuresome as we get!

DIS MEETS

Alright everyone...it is time to really think about our meets!!! Some of this was on our website, but let's discuss it a bit!

Here are some questions to answer:

1. Are you going to be trying to meet up with someone even BEFORE getting on the ship (Sunday morning)?

2. We had talked about meeting up on Deck 10 before/during the sail away party...is this something you are interested in doing?

3. We have planned on meeting each day at sea at 3:00 PM at the ice cream machine. Who plans on joining in for these?

4. We had wanted a private wine/beer tasting (they would not do this for us though). Instead, who wants to try to pick out a "tasting" that we can all go to?

5. Does anyone have any other ideas for meeting up?

DIS MEETS

I plan on meeting up with all the DIS friends that find me! I will be the one waving around the lanyards!!!!

2. We had talked about meeting up on Deck 10 before/during the sail away party...is this something you are interested in doing?

I will be finding a spot on Deck 10...is anyone else joining me????

3. We have planned on meeting each day at sea at 3:00 PM at the ice cream machine. Who plans on joining in for these?

Our plans are to try to be there each day for this...however...we might not be there for all 3 if we are in the middle of something else. The goal is to be there though.

4. We had wanted a private wine/beer tasting (they would not do this for us though). Instead, who wants to try to pick out a "tasting" that we can all go to?

We plan on doing the wine tasting for sure. We will see about the other ones. I would love to do a session with other DIS members - just let me know when to be there!

5. Does anyone have any other ideas for meeting up?

I am not sure that I have other ideas. I can't wait to meet everyone though and hope that if you see me, you come on over and have a seat!!!!

We are getting really close now, not to much longer! Yeah! I hope everyone leaving soon has a safe trip! I'm not leaving until the 14th, so I'm one of the last few to leave it sounds like. I have still have lots to do before then though! Packing, assembling the FE gifts, etc!

Still too much to do before sail time! I need time to sloooowww doowwn so I can enjoy the preparation! And this is our summer of home improvement (er, really, home-repair-from-near-neglect) - I've got contractors streaming thru on a daily basis this month. Hectic!

Okay, HOW busy have we been???? Well, we still haven't seen HARRY POTTER!!!! Oh the shame!!!! We are devout HP fans, have been to every premiere (and often in costume!), know every word to every book and yet...July was too hectic to get to the theater! But we'll be there this Friday! ...shhh...don't tell me what happens!
