My answers to my questions

1) Will you rebook onboard and if so when for?

Yes, a dummy date in late 2010 which we will move, either to 2011 or for a European cruise in 2012

2) Are you planning on getting any specific photos done?

Yes, lots of group photos of the 4 of us and of course lots of character photos with the girls. We will try to get some of the white background Lifestyle photos done.

3) Who is your favourite character from those on board?

Minnie, Mickey & Donald

4) If you had to pick one which is you most favourite onboard dining venue
-From the rotational restaurants? Loved Tritons on the Wonder so looking forward to Lumieres.
-Other dining options? Palo!

5) Which activity are you most looking forward to?
Palo Brunch and a massage

6) Have YOU started packing yet?
Yes, the girls' clothing and also their plane hand luggage with lots of bits to keep them amused.

7) Are you \ the rest of your group dressing up for pirate night and to what extent?
Not sure, probably nothing more than a bandana and eye patch!

8) Have you requested a specific dining rotation?
Yes PLA

9) Which dinner seating do you have?
Main dining

10) Are there any Cast Members you are hoping to find working on the Magic this August (preferred Cruise Director, past serving team etc..?)
Nope, I am sure they are all good!

Your flying Virgin Atlantic as well arnt you? so your eldest girl will get a kids bag, your youngest will I presume be too young, -Are you going to the V.Room at Gatwick pre flight? That has free food, hot sandwiches etc pre flight, looking forward to some bacon rolls VA do those very well.

My Son prefers the kids meals on BA, and I must say they look very kid friendly,I have ordered him a kid meal for our flight, but my DD will have an adult meal.

We tend not to take too much on the flight, bar books and Mags to read,

Awaiting my tickets from VA/VH now, I see in many cases they send them by email now.

Remember to do online check in pre flight 24 hours and use downtown disney check in last day, as they have had a habit of moving pre assisgned seats around, though with a young family they should be good.

-Other dining options? DS - Goofy's / DH - Plutos / Me - Palo / DD is at dance as usual.

5) Which activity are you most looking forward to? DS - Meeting all the new kids and playing in the clubs / Me & DH - Excursion on Tortola

Nope - never been on the Magic.

As usual...love the questions and thinking about the trip!!!! We still do not have our travel documents but it is fun to hear that others are getting theirs.

-From the rotational restaurants? Who can choose?? One big surprise was how much we enjoyed Lumiere's for lunch....

5) Which activity are you most looking forward to? Well, you know (from above) what Kevin is looking forward to. Tess can't wait to meet Tess W, Amanda, Jess and other girls, DH - relaxing and me - Dubloon Sail & snorkel excursion....

6) Have YOU started packing yet? Not packing in the sense of putting things in suitcases, just pulling things out and putting them in a spare room. DH found his and my youngest cups from Goofy's candy shop tonight - yup they went to the room for the after cruise time.

Our documents arrived yesterday by Fed Ex but DH "Forgot to tell me there was a parcel for me!" Very exciting. Last time we sailed we were doing a 3 night right near the end of a three week holiday so had our docs sent to the villa management company so this is the first time I have had the excitement of them arriving at home.

We went to get Hanna's riding hat she is going to take horeback riding.., then to CVS, then to school to make some copies, then to Panera to get lunch and then to bring it to Bruce's work, then home for like an hour, then to the pool, store, haircuts, for all three of us, then to Job Lot, and the dollar store...

Sorry to hear aabout your mom..I hope its nothing..but a prayer and some pixie dust for her.
All those prayers and pixie dust from all over the US, England, and how can I forget Italia have done their magic on my son.
Simon was operated on yesterday afternoon and after 6 1/2 agonizing hours..the great Doctors gave us the news..THEY REMOVED IT ALL..SIMON'S DOING GREAT...WE EXPECT A FULL, SPEEDY RECOVERY !!
Within minutes of the surgery he was complaining of his arm hurting. go figure...they operate on his brain and his arm hurts !!
Today, less than 24 hours later, he was eating, talking, going to the bathroom , coloring and watching Spongebob !!

Again, My wife and I want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for all your prayers. We truly believe that apart from the skill of the surgery team, that God's hand was there protecting Simon.

Although I am not cruising with you anymore, i certainly hope you do not mind if I lurk ...I feel like you are all part of my DIS family and that you helped us deal with the last few days.

What can you do it is all part of life........The girls and I had a GREAT day together today.. It was nice just the three of us...

How are you feeling?? Better I hope!!

Feeling a bit better...the throat is now fine, the nose is not running as much BUT I now have a cough!

We are 100% going to the lake this weekend though. I think we need to get up north and enjoy the outdoors - time to get away from the cities for a few days. Today we bought all the groceries for a long weekend up there. It is not suppose to be the best weather but I am tired of waiting for good weather.

We did a bunch of errands today...found a bow tie for Paul, bought new new digital camera that we will use on the trip, cashed in Dick's Sporting Goods rewards and bought a pair of sandals for me, went to the bank, went to the post office...just lots of little stuff that consumes the day.

We are really happy that we are finally down to the last 2 weeks! I really feel like it should be time for the vacation to start NOW!!!

My cruise errand today was to purchase more Contact paper and some travel toiletries. Jim printed a bunch of stuff for me so I can finish our door magnets and FE gifts.

Kristen, I put that coupon to good use. Along with the dress for Megan I bought a bunch of tops, a new skirt and some "foundation pieces" for me and some dressy sneakers (brown leather) for Daniel. I was there until 10pm last night!

To Do List still includes t-shirts for pirate night (anyone know how to iron on rhinestone patches? there were no instructions) and Mickey tie dye shirts that I still have to sew the Mickey heads on. I wanted to try the spiral Mickey shirts too but haven't found plain shirts I like yet (want lightweight ones or tank tops).
