Hi, I'm Elin and I'm 16. Now that school is over I'm going to have more time to surf the boards. It would be great to get to know some teens before the start of the cruise.

Hello all

Been a while since I popped in. Things have been crazy. DD has 1 1/2 weeks left of school then she is going to go to overnight camp for two weeks. I think she will have fun, but I am worried about me.

Anyways I have been in camp mode and haven't done too much in ways of the cruise yet. I did book our Palo brunch and for DH and DD the Screaming Eagle. Has anyone ever done it? I am thinking about the Sea Helmet Trek at Coral World for myself, but not sure. Is anyone else doing it?

Once DD gets back from camp I know she would like to start emailing some kids her age (she is 10) and start getting to know them so she has some pals to hang out in the club with. I know there were a few early on she had emailed, but if your child fits in this age range and would like an email pal, can you send me a pm? Thanks.

Laura - I think it is find to deliver on two days. There will be a lot of activities. I really have to get going on these things.

Today it has been my last day of teaching !!

To celebrate end of school myself and some colleagues/girlfriends have been to a local "Artisan market" where we have done some shopping !!! I have purchased a few REALLY CUUUTE "light weight" items for our FE !!!!!!!!!

I do love each craft I have chosen !!! I am so excited !!!
Can't wait for August to arrive !!!!

Today it has been my last day of teaching !!

To celebrate end of school myself and some colleagues/girlfriends have been to a local "Artisan market" where we have done some shopping !!! I have purchased a few REALLY CUUUTE "light weight" items for our FE !!!!!!!!!

I do love each craft I have chosen !!! I am so excited !!!
Can't wait for August to arrive !!!!

Sounds like a nice way to celebrate the end of school!

Here in the UK summer holidays from school don't begin until around 20th July so still a fair way to go. I am teaching two extra afternoons this week (I usually only do one day a week) so tomorrow and Friday afternoon I will be in the nursery class with the 3 year olds! I am not sure why none of the other substitute teachers like this class, it is great as I get to spend 2 and a half hours playing with some great kids AND I get paid for it. I am saving up the extra money towards my spending on the ship!

I have a couple of craft projects to finish for the gallery in our shop (we have a monthly design gallery which I have to produce items for) and then after they are done I am starting work on my F.E gifts.

Personally I like the St-Bernard with the booze around his neck if I need to be found !!
Ohhh..special report on BBC news...Andrew has been spotted lurking on the Baltic 2010 thread....the traitor !!!
I think he should walk the plank at our Pirate Night party !!!!!

Apart from WDW, is anyone doing anything else other than the parks in Orlando pre/post cruise.

Dinner show / La Nouba / Discovery cove etc.

We have Discovery cove booked on the Sunday after the cruise, before on my visits to Orlando we have always missed out on this, having dolphin swims with DCL, at Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Acapulco.

On the Baltics, I have had a few questions directed at me as I live in London, and people ar starting to pland for 2010,hotel ressies will be opening up about now normally 12 months in advance.

Try and get him to post, yes my DS often is on his xbox, DS doesnt do Xbox live dont mention it to him, he will take over my internet broadband link with it.

Laura - I think that it takes special people to truly LOVE teaching. There are many who enjoy teaching but I, like you, think it is wonderful - beyond just enjoyment! I am planning on seeing "my kids" next Wednesday at the library because I already miss them!

It is time for us to enjoy some of our time off though! I am excited to have a bit of a summer break now!

Mel - I am going to try to make something small that goes with my FE gift as well. I have a couple of ideas but need to do some shopping to check on supplies and try some of it out. I have some great ideas but sometimes my ideas to not really turn out like I think they should!

I am lucky that I have DD who is old enough to help with crafty type of stuff!
