Lets think of some of thoose forgotten things....

Get Mickey to call you everyday to say wake up, on your in room phone, kids love it and better than an alarm clock. Then you do not miss a day.

Cove cafe, not only have a drink there, but it also has food during the day and often forgoten.

Now I didnt post this, but if your kids like Ice cream, go to the Soda station!!!! Why, well the cups are bigger there, get one and take it to scoops for a larger ice cream. Why not have a soda float while you are at it.

Order coffee as a wake up call as well.


Pin trading, in shops and also some servers lots of fun for the kids.

Sign up early at guest services for

• Tea with Wendy
• Galley tour
• Wine tasting/Beer tasting/Martini tasting and hangover cures
• Disneys art of entertainimg and behind the scenes, like WDT stage

Often missed:-

• Captains reception and castaway club meeting.
• Till we meet again
• Dessert buffet 11.15pm Thursday.
• Talent show

We are going to make a few door signs and I am doing the FE but our gifts will be light weight due to luggage!

It is tipping it down with rain here now which is a pain as I have been doing photos for a friend in our make shift studio in the shed at the end of the garden and got soaked coming back!

Nevermind, at least it was dry yesterday for our party

Now we ONLY need to go over your list and do everything you've already done !!

Also bring a highlighter pen, maybe two with different colors, then every night when the navigator is put in your room, highlight what you want to do the next day, if you have different colors everyone Can do this, extra copies of the navigator are at guest services the next day.

This way you do not miss anything!

BTW did you hear about the fire which destroyed Mountain Top ? Do you think that DCL will still run that excursion to Mountain Top + Butterfly farm ??
Maybe the island tour will take us to a different scenic road ??

No I havent read about the fire, I know the Island Tour has stopped so it leaves few options if that our is canceled.

First...thanks for the cards! They always cheer me up and make me feel good - even if other things are not so great. Thanks for all your good wishes and thoughtfulness!

About your tour...I don't know what Disney is doing. I do know that company that we are using will be doing a different scenic road for our tour and still going to some high point on the island. I hope that Disney will do the same for you!

I updated our website...mainly all the FE information. Here is the important information if you are participating.

1. I have updated everyone's records with as much information as I have. Please check the information for your family to be sure it is correct.

2. If you have a GTY stateroom...please let me know ASAP when you get your assigned room. We are going to remove anyone who has not responded by July 31st (this should give everyone plenty of time).

3. Each family has been assigned a day to deliver their gifts to all the other families. I have posted this on our web site for you to view. We tried hard to not assign people a delivery day that would conflict with Palo reservations or other plans as much as possible.

4. I will post a final spreadsheet for you to print with all the necessary information for you to deliver your gifts. I will not post this until we have more information on the GTY staterooms. You will need to print out your own copies of this information from our web site.

I hope that I have remembered everything but please ask if you have any questions or need more information!

I'm already collecting a few "light weight" items for our "small gifts" !!!!

Now a question for ... dummies !!!
DGH and I will try and deliver our gifts on our assigned day ...
BUT , if, for any reason, we'll not be able to deliver ALL OF THEM on that day WOULD THAT BE A PROBLEM ???
( I guess we will have to "wrap " some items - maybe add a short note ...
and there will be so many activities going on ....... that we might end up splitting our "delivery" in two days ......... Would this be OK too ?)

What do FE people think of this ???

Thanks for organizing the FE! Our room number 6540. Goofyhills do not have a room assignment quite yet- but we're watching for one.

We picked up the wii fit last week and I am sad to say that it thinks I am much older than I really am...interesting change since I usually hear that I look much younger than I am- tho lately I think I feel more like the 51 the wii fit thinks that I am.

Will be in Oklahoma the rest of this week and Mississippi next.
Can't wait until vacation!
