Never to soon to start planning lol
How come everytime I'm ready to leave work, there is a torrential downpour? I walked to my car, and got completely soaked, and that was with an umbrella!!![]()
Hey Frank, was that money non-refundable?![]()
We are having a great time. Spent the morning at the pool and we are back at the condo taking a break from the sun - it's brutally hot today. The girls got up at 5:50 a.m. today.
Don't know if they'll make the fireworks on the beach tonight. We aren't sure what's up for dinner yet tonight (today is my birthday so it's my choice! - the big 4-9. The last birthday I plan to celebrate out loud.

Happy fourth to all. Even you Karen!![]()
I'd like to say Jeff is in my basement in chains - I'd do/say anything for a bagful of $$$ - BUT I believe he's gone to the beach for a few days...![]()
whoa! this is one looong thread!
hey there, i am just poking in to say hello...my family is currently booked on a may '09 trip but with the deposit special now i am looking at booking an alternative date 'just in case.' my just in case scenarios are #1 if dd misses too much school and we can't take her out in may to go and / or #2 if the economy continues to tank...if we are stuck with too many absences i was thinking about going on this cruise.
have any of you sailed in the eastern caribbean in august before? i am just worried about the heat? anyone been to tortola?
well, i hope you don't mind if i hang around a bit and ask some questions while i'm trying to figure out our plans!
oh, btw, i got a quote of about $5500 for 2 adults / 1 child for a cat 6 - is that a decent price for this time of year (i got a little bit better for our may sailing so i was just curious). thanks!
We had a nice storm here, too - same thing - I was on my way to my car!!
We'll be onboard for our end-of-summer blast! We have connecting Category 9 cabins on Deck 2. We are traveling with our friends and their 3 children, who also have connecting Category 9 cabins on Deck 2. We all have main seating, with our dining and reservations linked. We'll be the two Disney Dads, our DDs ages 6 and 4 and, if all goes well, a new DD or DS, age somewhere in the infant or toddler stage. Our friends are two Disney Moms, a DD age 5 and twin DD and DS age 18 months. We are looking forward to it as one nig happy group. Anyone else with similar age children? We're looking for shore excursion ideas. On St. Thomas, we are leaning toward Coral World and Coki Point Beach. Tortola still is up in the air right now. We would love to do something involving sailing, but we are having a tough time finding a sailing excursion that will take our children. Our elder daughter especially loves to sail. See you all on board!!!![]()
Howdy everyone! Hope you all are having a good week. Has anyone heard from Karen lately? Seems she's dropped off the face...
