Hey Ed, I read about you hot water heater issue. Have you heard about, or given any thought to going with a tankless heater? They’re a little more of an investment up front, but in the long run they could save you big bucks. Not only that, but they by far outlast traditional tank heaters since they actually don’t fire-up all the time and don’t store the water, unlimited hot water, and not really any more complicated to install that a traditional water heater. They are available for Natural Gas, Propane and Electric. Just a little food for thought.

If money wasn't so tight right now, I would have gone with the tankless solution, but I can't really complain, we got 19 years out of this one and its still working, just a small leak right now. Hopefully it will hold out until the new tank is installed on the 9th.

hello everyone!!! well im able to get to my computer now. i just cleaned my room and moved all my furniture around so it looks like i have a brand new room!! LOL well i start drivers ed tomorrow at 7am!!!! im excited. i have the driving part first then at 9:15-10:55am is the lecture class. how is everyone????? we'll i better start catching up now. LOL

Hi everyone . Just dropped by to catch up, or rather ketchup I guess , on that most recent comings and goings of everyone. Wow, it’s looks like everyone is having and is going to have a great summer!!! For work I have been one traveling fool….or one fool traveling, either way!!! Not good. Target had them advertised over the weekend. Just a tease as I showed up to empty cases. Perhaps after our beach trip this weekend.

Good job!!! You didn't run in to anything!!! Dave took Hayden golfing today and let him drive the cart. Well, they just got home and Dave said he's going to be getting a bill for some fencing tomorrow. Hayden took out two fence posts and some railing.
