Congrats! We've been waiting for Wii Fit for awhile - looking forward to picking it up this week.

My boss e-mailed me today and said her extra one is mine if I want. I told her to tack on a finders fee. I can guarantee, at least around here, it will be impossible to get Wii Fits after they are released. I was on the verge of buying a treadmill for the house but hopefully the Wii Fit will be a good substitute. As DH told me, "get in the car and drive 10 minutes to the rec center!" But sometimes it's easier to have something more accessible than the rec!

Well the recital was a huge success. DD9 did a GREAT job in her solo and the rest of her dances and DD4 was cute as a button too and did a great job.

Thanks. And yep..we are getting excited. It was sort of like we had to get beyond the recital and now the next thing is the trip! But it's less than four days away! Yikes.

We are all beside ourselves and yes I'm working (I have my own business so I have no choice! but I do have a lot of flexibility). My wife is working 2 days as well AND she is hosting the neighborhood's monthly ladies bunco game tomorrow night. Packing? I guess wednesday night. Our flight leaves at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday.

What can I say. Flyers ran into a buzzsaw. The husband of the dance school owner was monitoring the game and the score was always available. I'm not sure how much trouble he might be in!

Hello everyone!

We had an absolutely fantastic time in WDW and on the first Double Dip of 2008! VWL was beautiful - suffice to say, I now have a new fave resort! We also had a lot of fun surprising Sophie - firstly with the arrival of her father and secondly with the Roy O Disney suite! She responded to both with suitably shrill screams - I especially apologise to anyone who was sitting near us in Artist's Point when DH and I spilled the cruise beans!!! At some point I'll get around to writing a trip report but I've managed to pick up a cold/flu bug on the return flight so feel yukky at the moment...

Sadly, I am popping in not only to say "hi" but also "goodbye!" Earlier this year, DH was asked to chair a global conference in August 2008 but refused due to our fixed vacation plans. He's now been asked to do it in August 2009 and can't turn the offer down a second time so we're having to cancel our trip. I am very disappointed as it means I won't meet up with you guys but I've learnt to be philosophical about these things so I'll just wish you all a great cruise - it'll be here before you know it...

May is definitely my favourite time to visit WDW!!! Having said that, we're giving Easter a chance next year as I found an excellent flight deal and we're finally booked to stay at AKV!!!

Hey Kristen, we are now thinking before the cruise next year, we are going to do a waterpark. Which do you think would be better? Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon? My DD can't swim, but loves the water.

We went to Blizzard Beach and it was fun..The kids really really enjoyed it........They are not the BEST swimmers but they had FUN!!!!!!!! You should do Blizzad Beach.. Let me know if you want to do it. I think DH'S company is still offering discounted tickets for both BB Or TL. I bought the tickets from them and thought they were just for BB, but when they arrived they were good at either water park!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
