Morning everyone!!! Hope you're all keeping well...

As I've been hopeless at keeping up over the past couple of weeks, from today I'm pledging to be more sociable! It's a gorgeous day here in London - beautiful blue skies and actually quite warm. I've already clocked up 5000 steps on my pedo and it's not even 10am - it's going to be a great day...

Glad, your presentation went well. I commend you for being able to do that. I can teach a classroom of kids but never do that.. I always wonder how Bruce can go to these huge conferences and present and never get nervous. The only time he "chocked" was we were at reconizition conference and Bruce was presenting to the top of the council agents and I was out in the hallway chit chatting and some co-workers were talking how he never gets nervous they dared me to walk in and sit in the back of his presentation. He was fine till he made eye contact with me and realized I was sitting there. He stuttered a few times and started to look nervous. I quickly left. After, he was finished he said I had made him more nervous than anyone ever. Funny, but I would never do it again to him.. Not like I even understood what he was talking about...

Sometimes it's harder to speak in front of a group of people you know well (like when Bruce stumbled when you were there) - I don't know why.... My staff HATES it when I attend one of their presentations - it makes them more nervous.

The fact that I wear earplugs every night makes it hardly surprising I slept like a baby...

Over all I feel ok, well maybe even fine.
while my left knee joint is stiff at least it dosn't hurt


My dd had her cast removed and is almost back to normal ( at least what passes for normal for a 10 yo
