If you're referring to sitting on the couch, watching tv (which is a rarity for me) then yes, it was nice! Glad to hear your DW was surprised! Last night DH was complaining because he said I'm hard to buy for. Uh, FLOWERS!! What's so hard about that?! Pick up the phone, get out a credit card, and voila. Maybe next year I can stress to him some more.........FLOWERS!!!

I make a point of being easy to buy for - like a kid, I'm always blabbing to my DH about stuff I want/need!!! I figure I'm taking the stress out of shopping for him...

What, does everybody have Monday off?! I'll be thinking of all of you when I'm sitting at my desk at 7am grumbling about having to be there!! But wait......if I'm sitting there then it means I'm not sick. The flu is going around there. On second thought, I'll be thrilled to be at work Monday!

well im staying at my aunt and uncles house on monday and tuseday. tuesday my aunt is taking me to my cousins house to watch my baby cousin, the rest of the week, i have no idea on what to do. probably doing some cruise planning and summer planning too. what do you have planned????

I'm hoping DH will take a couple of days off so we can take Samuel out for the day - he's got some vacation days left over from last year that he has to take before March...

Larry the Cable Guy was on the radio today while I was out and was talking about poor old Hef with all these women and probably being too old to do anything... "He's like a little kid at Disney World who can't go on all the big rides".... Funny and a nice Disney tie in there

Funny, true and sad!!!! Poor Hef. His women get younger and he gets older.

Hey everybody!! I went to the Disney Store Outlet again!! All of their clearance stuff was 60% off. Then some of the employees kept on bringing stuff out from the back and selling it for really cheap. I got 3 huge bags of stuff for around $55. I think Jordan could've fit in 1 of the bags they were so big. I got POC tshirts for me and my DH for the P&P party in May, for $2.24 each, a Minnie Mouse xmas dress for Jordan $4.00, Power Ranger figurine sets for $3.20 each(I got 5 of them- bday gifts for all of Jordan's cousins), a black faux fur Minnie coat $4.00, a Jasmine costume and a Captain Jack costume $4.00 each for Jordan(she likes pirates and princesses LOL), and a bunch of other stuff. Anyway I racked up!!

WOW!!!! We don't have Disney outlets around here. If we did I'd be there all the time. You made out like a bandit!

Awww, the baby ought to be fun!! They are best when you can play with them then give them back! Me? I'm doing the usual working then Friday night going out with co-workers to see a band play and Sunday going to a jewelry party. Monday DH is taking the kids to Chuck-E-Cheese, probably their favorite place on earth next to a Disney cruise!

I've heard this mentioned in movies but never realised it actually existed!!!

It also appears the strain of flu circulating wasn't included in the vaccine this year either.

That is pretty bad. Last year I think the majority was regional if I remember correctly, not wide-spread. All week at home and work we've been going through Lysol and disinfecting wipes like crazy. I think the CDC's method of determining what strain of vaccine to use is not working. I can't recall the last time the strain that was affecting everyone was the strain in the vaccine. If you get the flu vaccine and it's not the right strain, is the vaccine even helpful at all?

Did you watch Lost last night? Do you know why it's called Lost?? Because the viewers can't keep track of what is going on!!!! I watched last night and am more confused than before I watched it.

I gave up halfway thro' Season 3 coz I got sooo confused!!!! We have the box set so should at least try and ketchup - can't quite find the motivation tho'...

That sounds like a great plan, Ed -sometimes the simple ideas are the best! We've got our West Coast trip all sorted for August but I'm started to wish we were keeping it simple and going to our timeshare in Southern Spain for the summer. I'm missing our townhouse...

It is a The Olive Bar with a Girlfriend for drinks and dinner...!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds fun!!! I had to cancel going out with one of my girlfriend's on Tuesday evening as it's half-term and I already have a prior engagement with another girlfriend on Thursday...

The plans look good! I've never seen that waffle maker. How cool! I've been wanting to get one, and was checking out the Mickey one. Dinner date night sounds nice. I'm not sure if we'll actually get to go out on a date this Thurs (our 10th anniv) or not! Normally I'm not big on anniversaries but I'm amazed we are at 10 years. It is something to be celebrated!!
