Not this time. It doesn't seem as good value this year and TBH it was just waaay to much food for me last year - I gained pounds!!!!

My DD's 25 and she still loves the characters - we all do!!! Some great restaurant choices, Nikki! Coral Reef is one of my absolute faves... We're trying Liberty Tree Tavern for an early dinner on P&PP day!!!

I hope Jordan loves them at 25, I love them at 35!! My DH told her and I we couldn't see any characters on this trip, I told him he wasn't invited then. I haven't been to Coral Reef before, definately looking foward, Liberty Tree was one of our favorites in September we went before MNSSHP.

If you read all the way back (and I know that you have time to do that), but that was place where Jake fell off the chair for no good cause!! We like it there, but have had uneven service a couple of times.

I think it is just being here all day with the work that is going on etc... But, tomorrow I'm headed to the mall for a bit of retail therapy...LOL!!!! I think it will be better to get out for a bit. We are debating on going away for a night or two just to get all of us out of the mess that is going on here....

We have a Marriott one town over with a GIANT pool etc.. I was just checking rates and thinking it just might be FUN to go there so the kids could swim and we could get away from the mess for a bit.. Or go into the city for a night...!!!!!!!!!

I am jealous. I was supposed to get into NYC next week for a long weekend with DW for the Big East Tournament (we're huge Pitt Basketball fans) but we have a family situation (my wife's mom is gravely ill) that has stopped that. I nearly was going to come up mid week for a day and a half for a biz meeting and to go and watch some hoops but just decided against it. We usually get to NYC once a year, maybe twice and it's now been a full year since last visit and I'm missing it big. We've promised DD9 a trip to NY for her 10th birthday next fall so at least I have that trip. My east coast client also wants to meet in NY soon since I had to cancel next week so I may get my fix coming up real soon.

Getting away would be nice, Looks like I may have to wait until April,
I am scheduled for a two day training class in McLean Va

I have gotten appoval to take a couple of vacation days after the class
so some sightseeing in DC is possible.

We went a l-o-n-g time ago, but Samuel was around 5 years old and so appalled by the food (he was in his 'nuggets and fries' phase) that the experience was less than enjoyable!!! So it was vetoed ever since... TBH just glad to get an MK ADR prior to the P&PP...

My fave character meal is breakfast at Ohana's - I love Lilo and Stitch and the way they serve the food...

I love Coral Reef for the huge aquarium and we've always had excellent food - it's got a great atmosphere...

Well darn if we didn't lose power last night!!! We just finished dinner and were doing homework. For you up in the northeast, good luck with this storm. Hopefully it'll ease up before it gets there. Our power was out for 3 hours the first time then it went out again in the middle of the night but I went back to sleep so don't know when it came back on. My sil and bil were on their way home and saw two transformers blow in our neighborhood. Thank goodness it came back on when it did because the temp in here dropped 4 degrees in 3 hours. Hope everyoe has a good day. I'll play ketchup later.
