Yes the snows very pretty from inside....Not so pretty when you have to be out in it...Mikes outside right now shoveling.

Well I've had a mad cleaning morning and the house looks nice and tidy (for a change ), ready for Kerry's birthday tomorrow

Tomorrow we're meeting my mum and dad in town for breakfast where they'll give Kerry her presents, then later in the afternoon her friends are coming round and we're going for a meal at our fave Chinese all-you-can eat buffet, then afterward a few of her friends are staying over, so Paul & I are going to stay in a local hotel so they can have fun and have the place to themselves

I'm waiting for Kerry to go off to work (she works 4.45/11ish pm) and I'll put some decorations up

I really can't believe that she'll be 18 tomorrow

I'll be starting a thread for her birthday on the UK Community tonight, so I'll post the link if you'd like to leave her a message

I'll post some photos of Kerry and her friends on Sunday

Well today is my eldest sons(Mike) 35thBirthday!.....This makes me a very old lady...(My eldest is just alittle old than yours Mandy )
But a very old lady that makes awsome hot wings...and he has requested them for tonight..
So our plans are to go over and help him celebrate! ...
I am not eating until then...so I can enjoy them too ...as they must be 100 calories a wing with all that butter and frying and all..... YUM!..Not to mention the birthday cake
Other than Friday night...No plans...

Yes we are back home again. We got home late last night.

I am exhausted because Alex woke me up early this morning to help him push his car out of the driveway. He was stuck in the snow.

Now I could use a nap

I only took several hundreds of pictures while I was away but I haven't looked at them yet.

I was looking on the cruise site...
and I think we are going to put down a deposit for the 5 night special cruise that does a double dip at CC...The May 30th sailing...
There is a deal that gives 50% discount on deposit if you book online...

I tried to do it tonight, but I was'nt getting the discount, so Ill call them tomorrow....

Ann and Tom rebooked while aboard and tried to convince us to do it too.

But it's too far away for us to make those kinds of decisions right now.

Yeah it is pretty far away, but with it being a specialty cruise, and a double dip..I can see it filling up fast..and with it only 100.00 deposit..that I can get back if we find it doesnt work out for us to go.
We will see..It was an online booking thing, so I may not get the 50% over the phone..if not, we probably wont book.

We really like going in May too..We, of course, will add a few day at WDW.

I was thinking last night.....I should check and see if my TA does block res.,and maybe she can get a cat. 6 for less for that sailing, before I commit to anything..I mean we have ALOT of time, as you say..

Well Mike and I are going to have a movies day...
We are planning on seeing two, ..."Slumdog Millionaire", and either ,"New in town" or "Taken", depending on when the first one ends...
Its starts at 12:20PM..So we figured popcorn for lunch

Betsy ~ How exciting to be booking next year's Cruise. We were once on the Disney Wonder in May 2003, and it was great, as the weather wasn't as hot as the Summer and it wasn't too busy either. I must let Paul know that there's another Double Dipping Cruise, I know he'd love that

Well it's been snowing and it's freezing over here. Becky is off as her school is closed, and I've persuaded Kerry not to go to college, as I don't want her driving when the roads are so slippy. So we're hoping to stay warm today
