Hi DWDQ's. What have you got planned for today ? I've had a nice, quiet morning. I've just been to town and had a wander around the shops, and now I'm just chilling and watching TV.

Have you heard the news of the new ships ? They're going to be called - Disney Dream (2011) and the Disney Fantasy (2012). I like the names

Hey ladies.

I have a dentist appointment to go to this afternoon, so I've got to get into the shower soon.

I've just been lazying around the house so far this morning.

I saw that about the new ships Mandy.

I don't mind Disney Dream but I don't really care much for the name of Disney Fantasy

These are hilarious pictures of Duster that I just took.

She was on the top of my monitor and she fell asleep like that laying over the edge

Never even woke up when I took the pictures.

What plans has everyone got for today ? I've got a very busy day. I'm hitting the supermarket this morning, then into town with my mum, and then I'm having my hair done this afternoon

Thanks for posting this! I figured they would go with Disney Dream but I figured the other would be Disney Wish since Carnival had a Fantasy ship...

Did they say where they would be docked? Port Canaveral had a billboard with something about new ships in 2011/2012. If I remember right Disney was listed Robin, did you see the billboard when you went on the Magic?

Robin, those pics of Duster are hilarious!!! I just thought of something that I thought was funny... when a parent is watching what their child is doing on the PC the kids type POS (parent over shoulder). You'll have to type KOS, right.... aw come on... you guys know that's funny!


Just remember... I'm simple, doesn't take much for me to laugh! That's what the kids say anyway.

It is cold here today. It did actually snow this morning. None of it stuck but there were huge flakes of snow falling very thickly.

I didn't notice any billboards at Port Canaveral Kelly.

I think I was just too busy gazing adoringly at the Magic

Good morning ladies.

Anyone have any exciting plans for the weekend?

We are going to dinner with some airplane flying friends and there is a Home and Garden Show in town that I might take the time to walk thru.

Of course I have the usual, laundry, cleaning etc to do too.

I just find it long and boring airplane flying but apparently the guys in Florida were impressed.

Rick is also in the video, standing to the side in the bright blue shirt. He is there to be Don's spotter to make sure that nothing gets in the way of his flying.

So, watch if you like or don't watch. Really doesn't matter to me but I thought I'd give you the option

I've had a lovely day today. Kerry & I took the train to Leicester, as she wanted to do some shopping. She got everything that she wanted (including my Mother's Day pressie), and when we got back home, we went for an all you can eat Chinese buffet for lunch

We've got a fun weekend ahead. We're taking Becky and her friend Kelly down to Southampton, for some shopping, a nice meal, stayover and a few drinkypoos

Robin - it sounds like you've got a nice weekend planned, have fun

Kelly - you're so funny, did you start on the wine a bit early yesterday ? Have a lovely weekend

Betsy - I hope you are keeping well, have a lovely weekend too

BTW... I watched that video you posted! My grandfather use to build those planes and fly them. Watching that video brought back memories! Thanks for posting, that was very cool how they made it look like it was floating for awhile... great control!!

I wish! But I did fix myself a screwdriver the other night! For Christmas 2 years ago, mom bought me the Magic Bullet blender. Chad uses it more than I do making milkshakes and cheese dips... but I decided the other night to pull out the oj and vodka and poor it in my Royal Caribbean blinky cup! Turned on my soap that I had recorded and just relaxed!

Enjoy your getaway this weekend and have a drinkypoo for me!

Hi ladies.

I went out and turned back the cover on the fishpond a bit.

It's going to be fairly warm this week and I don't want them to get too hot under their little blue/green tarp tent

I'm not ready to take the cover totally off yet and this will give them some air and still protect them from migrating birds.

Now, I don't know how to protect them from Duster who seems to be finding them quite fascinating

It looks like they are forecasting a great week temperature wise around here.

I sure hope they are right.

Hey DWDQ's

I hope you're all having a lovely weekend. We've just got back from a great time in Southampton. Becky and her friend did lots of shopping, but I didn't see much and only came away with a couple of Yankee Candles

In the afternoon, Paul & I watched the Rugby on TV, and had a few drinkypoos (LOL). In the evening we had a lovely meal, then the girls went to see 'He's just not that into you', so Paul & I went to a club for a couple of hours

We had a great time, though I feel so tired this afternoon

Hi all!!

Betsy, I haven't had the chance to get out and put everything out like I want. I really need to... we've got all kinds of birds hanging out in our backyard. We have a bald eagles nest pretty close to our property, I keep spotting one flying over occassionally!

Robin, oh no! The curious little kitty has found your fishies to be interesting... I've heard a lady trying to keep her cat away from plants take a water bottle and spray the cat. It irritated the cat so bad he stayed away from her garden when he went out with her. Don't know if that would work for Duster

Mandy, just exactly how many drinks did you have to cause you to be that exhausted from your trip? I want to see the movie Becky watched, did she mention how it was?

I'm looking forward to some sunshine!!! We have had wet, cold, cloudy weather for too many days now. They ended up canceling their first high school varsity game for today (forgot to tell you all, Chad made varsity). I don't think he will get alot of play time since he's 2nd string. They told him they would like for him to play jv games as well, he'll get alot of play time there... not sure how they can have him on both rosters but he's not complaining!
