I will definately make sure to get plenty of pics when we go! I'm looking forward to seeing this ship... they said the elevators are glass and on the outside so you can watch the ocean and possibly catch a glimpse of whales.

I've got to get going... got to fix dinner and head out to choir practice! Hope you all are having a great evening!

Kelly - it sounds like you're looking forward to this cruise now. The ship sounds lovely. It would be lovely if you saw some whales (I know I was excited when I saw dolphins at Port Canaveral)

Morning all! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day so far!

It was hard getting excited earlier about this since a travel agent is taking care of the reservations! I'd rather take care of booking everything, to me it's more fun and I know exactly what to expect!

We've gotten more information here lately about when we'll receive our documents and I called RC to find out our reservation number.

I've still got plenty to do...

Thank goodness it's nearly the weekend. I am looking forward to doing absolutely nothing and lazing in front of the TV with the laptop on my knee

Hello Mandy!!

Chad's last indoor soccer game is tommorrow morning, after that I think we'll go to the mall and see if there's anything else needed for our April trip!

Then Sunday, CW is coaching a young soccer team... they have a game. They are sooo cute!! Their ages range from 7 -9 years old.

He has a little girl on his team who loves to talk. She's all the time saying "I pray to God we win this game. Oh, Lord please help us. I'm going to go say a prayer right now." She has this little southern accent and talks really, really fast! It is so funny!

Robin & Betsy... hope you girls are doing well!

Hope all of you guys enjoy your weekend!! Especially you Mandy, who gets to lay back and relax in front of the tv!

We ae going to help my DS&DDIL fix up a room for my mom at their house so, She can visit with them sometimes and give me a break...
My DIL should be growing her wings and halo, soon...I cant believe with 6 kids already and another on the way that they would want to take this on ...even just for visits...But they insist....
I LOVE my kids...They grew up just right!...
anyway we are going to be painting and laying down a carpet...Then shoppng for a single bed...
IF it doesnt snow too much..Its snowing right now..and we are suppose to get up to 7 inches by tomorrow...

I finally did it. .....I started a PTR...Now Im not going to say it will get finished...Ill just say that I am going to try my best to get it done....
Im not sure how entertaining it will be, as Im not the best writer...( I should hire you(BP from the TKers ), then Im sure it would be VERY entertaining...)

I figured she may not be able to go with us again, as she will be starting to get into the adult world...ie: college, jobs and just plain life...I HATE it when they grow up.....

as it will be her Birthday trip..., and Im hoping to make it special for her!
Sooo Ill keep a PTR/TR...so I can print it out and make it into a journal of our trip...
For the end Im planning on putting a few memories of all the past trips we have taken together...
So I made the title..."Firsts, Lasts, and remembering the Pasts"
So far I only have "The Cast"...Ill be working on "The Big Plans" today...If Mom stays happy...( she's not up yet)

We are starting our return journey north

Great news Robin!! Tell Rick congrats from us for placing first!

We had a great weekend as well with soccer... for the first time in a couple of years, we are actually in the first place spot!! We are waiting for tonight's game, to see if the other team that we were tied with last week, to find out if we go to playoffs for first or if they lost... they slip to 2nd place and we finish in first for the season!

Mandy, Did you enjoy your relaxing weekend?

Betsy, hope you're not too sore from painting and laying carpet this weekend! How did the room turn out?

The room turned out nice. We paintd the walls a light golden tan, with a light brown carpet...We still have the molding to do, and I bought a nice valance for the window...

I just sliced my left forefinger this morning, with a knife...so im typing with just my right hand...interesting
Of course I am left handed... ...

I DVRed the Oscars...So Im watching it now....

Yes, I had a lovely lazy weekend. Yesterday Paul & I went to see National Treasure 2 at the cinema - it was OK, I wouldn't rush out and buy the DVD though

The room turned out nice. We paintd the walls a light golden tan, with a light brown carpet...We still have the molding to do, and I bought a nice valance for the window...
