No real plans for this weekend....Just puttering around the house...Id do some garden work, but its not suppose to be very nice this weekend...Its not raining now, but it looks like it wants to...

We will be going to Home Depot, for some retaining wall bricks to replace the cinderblocks I used for my garden by our driveway...
Robin, Do you remember the one I was building a couple of years ago?. The one I planted the irises that colleen sent to me, in?...
Well they are tipping over...I knew when I did it that they wouldnt last...So nows the time to fix them!

How was your and Pauls night out, Mandy?....

Well, there are still clouds up there.... and I know it wont last , but its sure nice to see, even for just a bit!

Good Morning Girls

It's been quite a busy weekend for us. Paul & I went down to London, to Twickenham to watch a Rugby Cup Final. Unfortunately the team we were supporting didn't win, but we had a great day out.

We took Paul's friend and his wife with us, and after the game we had a nice meal on the way home

We got home around 8pm, and we were sooooo tired, I think it was all that fresh air so we were in bed quite early last night

Today we've got an easy day. We'll visit Paul's aunt at the home, I'll cook a turkey dinner, do a bit of laundry and nag the girls to do their homework

Kelly - Have a fantastic cruise, I hope you are able to check in and tell us what you're up to

Betsy & Robin - I hope the weather is nice with you today. Have a lovely day

The weather is not the greatest here right now.

I just checked the forecast and it said snow

Hopefully NOT.

We are going out to dinner tonight with a friend.

Other than that I've got some cleaning that I'm hoping to accomplish today but I'm not very good at accomplishing cleaning so, we shall see

It's just another boring Monday for me. I'm taking my mum to town this morning, followed by a bit of grocery shopping for me, and then I'll be running the girls around this afternoon

No big plans for today....Just cleaning
Tomorrow I have a dentist appt...Nothing big just a followup...and then we have dinner out with Mikes DB and DSIL...We are going to a very nice firegrill rest. called "Moxies"...We have been there befor, and really liked it....but they havent...So Im hoping it will be as good as when we went ....Sometimes it can be touch and go with these new places....

Today looks lovely out, all sunny and bluesky ... ....except its only in the low 40s out there...

Saw my Mom yesterday, and she seems to be doing well. She was in the lobby talking again...

Morning Betsy, beautiful sunshine here too and temps in the upper 40's. Wishing it were warmer but I suppose it's better than the alternative.

Mandy, we didn't get any real snow. Just saw a few flakes floating around in the sky. That was more than enough snow for me

Looks like we will be getting a little warmer today...
and it is suppose to get warmer and warmer as the days go by...
in the upper 60s by this weekend!YEAH!
Have I ever told you all how much I HATE the cold!....LOL

I have a few things to get done today...But I am going to try to get ion a walk to Salt Springs and back...Its about a Mile and a half....there and back...So Im going to try to do that two or three times a week, when the weather is good.....I love my treadmill, but I love walking outside MUCH more!

I too hate the cold. Give me warm/hot weather any day.

The neighbour across the road has been home a few weeks and he started right back in being a pain in the youknowwhat with his garbage as soon as he got back home.

I was hoping a couple months in the warmth down south would mellow him but I guess it didn't

Betsy, I prefer to walk and get some fresh air too. I find the treadmill quite boring, even when I've got my music on. I was good and did my exercise dvd today (unfortunately I ate a lot of Pringles after though )

Robin, my hair turned out fine, it's just a brown colour that is a similar shade to my natural colour (excluding the greys )

I didn't realise that your neighbour had been away. What a shame he has to be so petty and leave the bins in a stupid place

Kelly, I wonder what you're up to now. Are you sunbathing ? in the pool ? or on some kind of adventure ? I hope you're having a great time

Our neighbour leaves every year around the new year and returns at the beginning of April.

Give or take a week or two on either side.

It is kind of nice when they are gone.

But of course then there is no one to annoy me with their garbage stuck right up close behind my car

Hello ladies,

Well got an all clear at the dentist....I only have a cleaning to go to now...

Its just a BEAUTIFUL day here...Sooo I took a very nice walk into salt springs and back with my BFF....It was nice she took her dog and I took Albert...They really enjoyed it!....

And its suppose to get even better later in the week!...IN THE 80s!!!

Well its time to go see whats for dinner...
not that I need it....Im so far over what Id like to be.....
But now that the weathers nice Ill, walk it off!
