Well it's the last 2 days of the school Summer holidays, the girls go back to school/college on Wednesday, and although I'll miss them (as they are fun to have around), I'll be pleased to get back into my normal routine

I'm off shopping with my mum now

Well we got alot of wood split and stacked thumbsup2

My DS showed up with the DGSs and a Hydrolic log splitter.
He, Mike, and the boys, spent the day splitting ans stacking all the wood we will need this winter!...a great load off Mike mind Im sure...
I LOVE my BOY!

and another nice surprise, My DGF, came over and we took a nice walk to the statepark and back,...I dont get to see her often, as her work, keeps her really busy... It was nice!

Morning ladies.

My quiet Labour Day yesterday ended up with me organizing a barbeque for 10 people at my house

The house was already fairly neat and tidy, so it was a good time to do it anyways


It turned out okay. We had tons to eat and lots of left overs for today.

I hope everyone has a great day today. The weather should be pretty good this week but next week we are going to see a significant drop in the temperature. So I'm going to try and enjoy the good weather this week.

I have to remember to take the car for an oil change this afternoon. For some reason it keeps slipping my mind.

Morning all!!

It sounds like everyone had a great weekend!

We ended up staying on land rather than boating this weekend However we slipped up to Ocean City, MD yesterday and had a wonderful day with the kids!!

It ended on a hilarious note when CW and Chad braved the sling shot

Here is a video with no sound of the one up to OC... I would upload CW's video... but he said the "s" word about 4 x in it... It's rather hilarious though!!

Morning Mandy....... well morning here but afternoon for you

I have a doctors appointment this morning.

I have a new doctor and she ordered blood work that I had done a few weeks ago.

They called shortly after and said they wanted to see me. Don't know if there is something wrong with the bloodwork or she just wants to tell me everything is okay

If there's something wrong there was no rush to get me into the office.

After that I have nothing planned for the rest of the day.

It's gonna be a hot and muggy day here today again.

Hey everyone!! I was technologically frustrated yesterday ... no disboards and still can't upload video.

CW is going to make a copy of it this weekend for me to see if I can upload the copy We'll see what happens...

Mandy> Evidentally... you're not the only sad person I missed the boards yesterday too!! Chad has his football game today, he was a little disappointed that he was picked for second string (which means he'll be warming the bench a little more than he would like). He's hoping to be put in the game for a little while so he can show the coach that the coach made a mistake

Robin - I hope everything went well at the Doctors today. I agree if there was anything important, they would've called you in straight away Good Luck

Kelly - I hope Chad does well today, hopefully the coach will notice his hard work soon. I hope you manage to get the DVD working, I could do with a good laugh Say 'hi' to Chad & Carolin for me, are they happy to be back at school ?

Betsy - Is it lunch day today ? I hope you have a good one. Have you decided whether to dress up for MNSSHP ? I'm most disappointed that I won't get to see you in a Dalmatian outfit My friend Natalie is going to WDW tomorrow, and she's going to the first MNSSHP and dressing up as Cinderella - I can't wait to see her photos

The doctor said that most of my tests came back perfectly normal.

My liver enzymes were just slightly above the high/normal range.

She wants me to go off my cholesterol drugs for a month and then take another blood test. I guess that will tell her something

Kelly, I hope Chad gets to play more than he thinks he will. You just never know.

Liz and I are going to try to get into MNSSHP while we are threre. We did not get advanced tickets but we will try. It is on the Friday and the Sunday night that we are in Florida. Hopefully we can get into one of those nights, preferrably Friday since we are leaving on Monday.

Hope everyone is having as great a day as my weather is today. So nice and warm. I'm loving it.
