We are after all going to the same place from the same place....and there will be only two of us....We dont normally bring but a suitcase each, between the two of us...We may have another couple because of the stay at pop before, but if it gets crowded, we can alway pile them around our feet...and such..We will be renting a full size car....Cant get any smaller with the LONG trip...too uncomfortable..

I haven't booked anything for the POP Century yet but I'm thinking that I probably will.

We could then take the Disney Transportation from the ship to the airport on the way home, since I'm sure that you will be heading in a different direction than we will be.

We will most likely only be travelling with two rolling carryon suitcases ourselves and won't take up much space. Anyways, it's only an hours drive, and we would be so excited that a little discomfort wouldn't even be noticed :yay:
 
I meant to add to my weightloss post above.

I did 6 hours of dance/exercise classes this week but I took 45 minutes off for standing around, getting drinks etc. Ya know, sometimes we get to chatting instead of exercising ;)

I've tried to be good in my food choices too. Although I did eat lunch out twice this week. I've been trying to pick healthier snacks and not just sticking things in my mouth without giving it SOME thought ahead of time :rotfl2:

I guess I should of thought of that BEFORE I ate those dark choc. covered expresso beans last night... :rotfl: ..
Not only did they probably put on a lb. or 2...but they kept me up awhile..

IF I had thought about it before hand I would have remembered that they are worse then drinking coffee at night ..Im sure!:rotfl2:

BUT they were yummy! :teeth:

WEIGH IN FRIDAY

No weight loss this a.m. I'm not really upset, at least I didn't gain! If no change by next week, I'll re-examine what I did and make some changes! I feel a whole lot better :thumbsup2

Robin :cheer2: On losing 1 1/2 lb! :wizard: on getting transportation straight.

Betsy I said that I think about what I eat before I put it in my mouth. Doesn't stop me from eating it.

Well done on your weight losses girls. I lost 1lb when I weighed myself on Wednesday, I'll get back to my Friday weigh in next week. Kelly, don't lose heart, we've only just started and like you say give it a week or 2 to see where you need to make changes.

Had to catch up!! Weighed in today...but I wore less clothes (panties only :blush: ) than on Monday, so I knew I'd weigh less anyway lost a cheaters 2 lbs!! :rotfl:

Betsy dark chocolate (actually very good for you done in moderation lots of flavanoids) and usually dark chocolate espresso beans not too high in calories if you don't eat too many.

I do better on my diet when I'm at home, once I work those twelve hour shifts I'm grabbin anything quick and easy (usually bad for you) to eat!! Need to get better about that!! When I lost my weight before I became the fat Nazi!! :lmao: I used to walk around and tell everyone how much fat they were eating when I saw them eating something bad!! I think they all got a little tired of it. So now I'm trying to be good but in moderation. I also don't get any exercise in when I work since I am on my feet for 12 hours those days!!

Palo Brunch sounds fun!!

Robin, Mary and I are also driving, we haven't firmed up our pre trip plans, but are talking about staying at Disney a night or two before the trip, so maybe we can help out in the transportation too???

Well gotta get the house cleaned up. Chat more later :grouphug:

As for not exercising after being on your feet for 12 hours, I would think that would be exercise enough :faint:

Ok... I'm gonna give myself a big kick for this:

I went to get the kids sport physical done, an easy check up... no big deal, right? Wrong :rolleyes:

Carolin was up first. She had an incident at school. They were in gym running, she stopped quickly so she wouldn't run into the girl infront of her. The girl behind her ran right back into Carolin busting her mouth on the back of Carolin's head (poor girls). Well her tooth broke the skin in Carolin's scalp. The dr. gave her an 8 week ( :faint: ) antibiotic. Then, we found out she was due for a vaccine. And last, her nose was so stuffy, they put her on allergy medicine.

Next on the doctor's table, Mr. Chad! While still chuckling at Carolin for having a last minute needle, he found out he was due for a vaccine. :sad2: Chad was also put on allergy medicine, and then she checked his heart!

The dr. diagnosed him with a heart murmur and immediately I start panicking in my head. Then she calmly tells me "No big deal, there are alot of people with it and it doesn't affect their lives". So we go to the hospital for an EKG, they can't clear Chad for sports activities until they check his heart.

At this point, I'm calm and think about how I overreacted. The doctor clears him and okays all activities.

Now for the kick in the butt... after being stressed, I treated myself to a M&M malt milkshake and burger at Hardee's :teeth:

Chad... be careful when you laugh at other people's situation. It does come back to haunt you!! :rolleyes1

Kelly, don't worry about the momentary dietary lapse, you needed the comfort and you'll get back on track again.

Poor kids, I bet they didn't expect all of that fun stuff at the doctors. :sad2:

Gotcha :thumbsup2 Only if I keep it up, I can't complain about not losing for next Friday weigh in :rotfl: Those malt shakes just taste too darn good :love: I can live without the burgers :rolleyes:

The funniest thing was the look on Chad's face when the doctor told him he was going to get a shot, too! He is sooo funny!!

I just drove a 3 hour round trip to drop Liz off to spend the weekend with a friend and will have to do the trip again sometime on Sunday to pick her up. :drive:

Did you know that you can actually get a good bit of exercise done while driving on a major highway :smooth: Put some good music on and wiggle, shake, move your arms (one at a time of course) and move those legs. Amazing :rolleyes1

Now I'm very hungry and can think of all of the fast food/pizza that I'd love to eat right about now. :sad2:

Tomorrow is that baby shower for the 8th baby in the afternoon.

This weekend there is an airplane competition here at the home club. That means I'll probably hang out over there if I get the chance. Also means that we will probably be going out for dinner tomorrow night.
 
Hey everyone sorry I haven't posted in a few days. Things got a little busy here at school. TGIF. They have a speical showing of Pirates of the Carribean 2 in about an hour here at school. It's going to be outside and there giving out free popcorn. I'm really excited because I haven't seen it yet.
