Oooh I'm getting soooo excited

It's only about 18 weeks till Christmas, so the cruise is less than 20 weeks away. I've been reading loads of Cruise trip reports and I can't wait for Pirate night ~ have you decided whether you are dressing up or not ???

Is it next week that your kids are back to school ?? Mine go back 2 weeks tomorrow ~ I can't believe how quick this Summer has gone, at least it brings the cruise closer

Love the pink cowboy hat!!! I think we will be dressing up for pirate nite, it may be just DD & I though! I haven't twisted DH's arm enuff yet

The kids go back a day ahead of yours on Sept 5th, too soon from now! The only thing the kids are excited about is meeting up with their friends who have been gone all summer

20 weeks away... YEAH!!! It's starting to sneak up on us, sooo much to do still!!

Thanks Kelly, I love that hat and wore it loads, though it looks much better on Becky ~ LOL

I don't think we'll be dressing up in full pirate gear, I think there may be a lot of black clothing with pirate accessories and pirate Mickey ears

I'm just having a boogie, cos I've just paid the Cruise off ~ woohoo!! (the exchange rate is too good to miss)

Just got a call from DCL I thought they were going to ask us to move to 2nd dining or possibly upgrade one of our rooms but...

they were just reminding us to relay passport numbers in our party to the DCL!

They are very friendly and she sounded like she was from Jamaica/Bahamas something like that! I would love a job like that, to hear how excited people are about cruising

Yes, the piccies are great, and the Captain Jack Sparrow that you can have your photo taken with ~ I really hope they are at Castaway Cay in January ~ so keep your fingers crossed

.... we all need to call Disney & request Capt Jack's presence on pirate night! I hope this isn't just a short time thing since the movie is still in theaters

We saw a really good Capt Jack Sparrow at the Magic Kingdom last week where they were holding the Pirate Tutorials by the PotC ride.

It was a really funny show

Unfortunately I was videoing it and Paul took some photos, I would've zoomed in a bit more

I have been on the boards all day trying to make notes of things for our bunch to remember! And making copies of shore excursions for those who don't like to get online! I've had fun today, a little crossed eyed though!

BTW... the last time you guys cruised with Disney, did they hand you a boarding pass number when you got there early or is this new? We got there @ 1:30 and waited in line, this was in 2005.

Fond memory moment... when they welcomed "The Savage's" by name on the cruise! I thought that was so cool

My family & my girlfriend's family are leaving for two weeks at the beach in about 23 days...just made my ticker this morning

My daughter finally got to the point where she can drive a car without wrecking it. Hers is sitting at the shop (I honestly think she seized the engine) she's been driving her bro's old car. She actually likes it better cause it's a convertible (94 Lebaron.)

When we went we didn't have to wait for a boarding pass, of course we got there around 1pm and Mom was a repeat cruiser so we went right into the Castaway Cay Club line

My last name is hard so when they went to say ours it was really awkward...alls I know is I was VERY HAPPY just to be onboard

Oh wow! The OBX area, which spot are you guys going to? Bless DD's heart, that had to be a horrible time for her (and you guys too) .

Thanks for the info, I never got my Castaway Club cards after our first cruise. I guess they have your info stored so they know you've cruised before. I do have my CC # though!

You guys have fun at the NC beaches
