Kelly, that flight is non stop, Detroit to Orlando and then Orlando back to Detroit.

I have never flown any flights that have stops or lay overs. I prefer to take non stop if I can.

We are driving down! I kinda want to fly but DH is more jittery about flying than I

Plus we want to stop by South of the Border, last time on the way down they had a big sombrera tower u climbed up. I took the kids pics in front of it and it almost looked like they were wearing the hat. They got a kick out of that and asked if i could try and line the hat up better. I'll have to post that copy of the pic later this week.

Woohoo !! I made some ADR's for our January trip today. we will be celebrating eldest DD (Kerry) birthday early. She will be 16 on the 31st, but we have brought it forward to the 4th January so she can celebrate in Disney style and we are going to the Princess Storybook breakfast. For my birthday, we are going to the Polynesian for breakfast with Lilo & Stitch on the 6th January. I've just got to ring back at the end of next week to book hubby's birthday at Chef Mickey's for the 12th January

I'm so excited, this is going to be a fab trip

What a fun time yesterday! Our black lab kept trying to pick up our fireworks (lit ones) off the ground and run off with them. We had to put him up!


And to top it off, I got sunburnt

Yes Kelly, we've bought those Annual Passes where you buy one year and get the second year free. So we'll use them in August and January

Hi Everyone,

Just been checking out this thread and it looks like there is going to be a great group of people aboard the Disney Wonder on the 7th of January. I booked about three months ago and will be taking my grandson. It is his birthday (12/9) and Christmas present. He is looking forward to getting away from his parents a few days and live the carefree life of his granddad. So it should be a dandy time.

Maybe I will get to meet a few of you who are going on the boat. My grandson has promised me he would check on me once and a while to see that I am okay. Other than that he is making plans on having a good time with the Disney people. I see there are Dancers coming aboard. IV, my grandson, wants to be in some talent show they must be having. He has been taking dance lessons since he was 3 years old.

I am a great Disney fan. I went to the Disney World the third day it was opened and was the first in line at the Magic Kingdom gates. Have been to Disney over 300 times, but this is my first cruise on a Disney ship. Can't wait.
