I'm not sure about the jewelry specials, hopefully someone else can give you some good input! DH bought a the Princesses Wedding Snowglobe for me instead! I love it!


It looks like alot of us are heading to Atlantis! I won't be there all day, the kids really love being on the ship

One of the postcards I will be sending will probably look like this! This is the bridge that basically connects us to society in Va! The tunnel goes underwater to allow the ships to pass.

This is the Pony Penning that happens every year in July! Ponies are rounded up and they swim across the water to be auctioned off. The rest swim back at the end of the day!

I have all of the threadkiller addresses already, so I will just need to have the new ones from this thread.

Lets see..... It looks like you live close to chincoteague...We vacationed many times on Assateague in Maryland...We LOVE to camp on the beach there....I have always loved watching the ponys on the beach..and Have wanted to go to the round up..but it always happens to late in the season for us....

My DH and I were stationed at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. Many years ago...Lived in Newport News...

Still having trouble getting the scanner hooked up to the computer. I know DH could do it, but whenever he does computer stuff....he gets very grumpy. Maybe a friend of Kay's can do it, i think she may have asked him about it yesturday.

Close... this is the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel! Neat to know that you guys were stationed at Langley! I'm in that area all of the time! My grandfather lived in Hampton but moved his family near Wallops Island close to Chincoteague!

No I'm definitely not mean, if anything I'm too much of a softie. Our cats are always treated with such respect (better than my husband ), always held gently, put down softly etc.

Mischief has this nasty habit of waking me up every morning about 5:30 though. Gets old after awhile. She's smart though the little monster. She will wake me up and when I try to get her to put her outside she will go and hide under the couch. Then I have to grab her and haul her out of there first. Who said cats aren't smart

Any of you guys are very welcome to knock on my cabin door at any time, preferrably NOT 5:30 in the morning though unless it is the last morning and then I have to be up for customs inspection anyways

I'm not grumpy in the morning at all. I wake up cheerful and ready to go, unlike a few other people in my family
