Leaving tomorrow...yahoo! I'm 7 months pregnant though. Just wanted to check everyones opinion on what rides should be avoided. I don't get motion sickness...just mainly worried about rides with jarring motion.

Also, are there signs or something that have pregnancy warnings at the entrance of the rides?

Thanks!

From what I remember about any theme parks that I have been to, there is a sign posted as to restrictions with health concerns such as pregnancy, heart problems, etc. I would follow these as well as my own judgement concerning rides that have any jarring motion to them. I would hope the the CM's would stop you if you happened to be in line for a ride that may endanger you or your unborn child's safety. Otherwise, have a great time!!:wave2: :wave2: :wave2: :wave2:

Every attraction you should avoid will be clearly marked, so don't worry about forgetting which attractions are ok. There will be plenty you can still enjoy, so have a fabulous trip. And congratulations! The very best days are the days when babies arrive. :)

PS: Don't forget to stay well hydrated. And do get some rest! *Cleo stops playing Mother, and trusts that wdwmom2 already knows how to take care of herself and the little bun in the oven.*

Someone asked the same question on the disABILITIES Board. I copied my answer from that post here:
You can find the information on the park maps. The rides with "cautions" are marked with a red triangle icon. You will also find signs at the beginning of the queue and before boarding.
Here's a list of the rides from the park maps:
MK
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder Railroad
Speedway in Tomorrowland
Space Mountain
Studio
Rock 'N Roller Coaster
Tower of Terror
Star Tours
Epcot
Body Wars
Test Track
Mission Space
AK
Kilimanjari Safari
Kali River Rapids
Dinosaur

I would recommend avoiding as well as SueM's list:

MK:
Mad Hatter Tea Party (this can go either way - if you do not spin the cup things should be ok but why take a chance)

Barnstormer - short ride rollercoaster but still a coaster with a bit of a punch

It's a Small World :p (just kidding) - your child may have it on their brain after birth forever as an imprint

They are clearly marked as well

Not sure if this would be a factor but there are certain things at the water parks that should be avoided as well

Good Luck!

thanks
