Friends fp was canceled for 2/27 without explanation and replaced with a magical pass. Any idea why that would have happened?

Thanks. Seems odd. I’d say glitch or late-scheduled ride downtime/maintenance, perhaps.

It's a darn popular time of year for quick little refurbs here and there. May be that it's soon to be announced they'll be done one at 7DMT that day(s)?

It's very strange. The hub is still showing it as fully operational that day

I honestly wouldn't read too much into it. MDE does weird stuff sometimes. I remember one time I showed up during my FP window for TSMM only to find my fastpass had disappeared from the system. I had a very awkward 10 minutes with the CMs showing them my screenshots I had made (always do that, just in case) and trying to convince them i wasn't trying to pull a fast one on them, when finally I got an email indicating my fastpass had been converted to an anytime multi-purpose fastpass, and it popped back up in the app and I was able to ride. There was no downtime on the ride or anything that would explain it.

It's glitchy technology. I wouldn't worry about it.
