Argh I got an email that a backordered item is now unavailable and I needed to call? But the order number they sent for that was wrong and under the item backordered it was blank - weird. The order number was very close tho. I went on the HF website and sent an email - did anyone else get anything lik ethat?

I got that email today too, blank as well. I called and they told me it was the pretzels I ordered were out of stock. That is fine because I got one pretzel order already and they were very stale. They will substitute (supposedly) fudge instead.

I looked online and of the things i ordered everything is still showing but the turkey sausage and the dried fruit - which stinks cause those were for ME. I don't eat beef so DH gets all the beef sausage and these were going to be for lunches

How much was everyone paying for shipping?

I finally sat down and placed and order for the Ham Smoke House Collection, Family and Friends, All Day Celebration, Block Party, Bacon and Green Onion Spread and Honey Pineapple mustard but the cheapest shipping was $13.99.

I used the code Sizzle and went through Ebates(4% off).

Does this sound about right?

BUT here's the clincher, I checked my email later and I received another email with a different order number. When I log in to their website it now shows two orders for me and my credit card was charged again. I'll have to call on Monday, it was late when I saw the second email.

Anyone else had that happen?

Argh we ordered early and I don't want a sub for turkey as I don't eat ham or beef. I have a feeling I may cancel this whole order. Sucks cause we ordered early and I thought they would get our order together and wait to send it out (had to choose delayed as we will be out of town).

I got a phone call last night now saying the block party I ordered was out of stock. I told them that the previous day I had to substitute on my pretzels already. I am not sure how if you order something they can say they have run out a few weeks later. The customer relations person I was talking to did not seem too informed on how to handle things. We ended up saying they could push back shipment but to an "unknown" date.

I placed my order on Friday --- to be sent directly to POFQ (where I'll be in two weeks!) --- I checked with the resort and they said that as long as I had my arrival date and ressie # on there, they would hold it until I got there.

I love Disney.

My Family & Friends box came to $23.95 with shipping...

DH has a bunch of tradesmen in his family and we just bought a house. Today, his brother was there putting in fresh drywall and his uncle was there grounding all our living room outlets. I'd already unpacked everything I had but hadn't tossed the boxes yet, so I grabbed some stuff that didn't sound scrumptious to me and packed them each a box up for DH to run over.

It was a hit! I went over later in the evening and BIL had already been eating stuff out his box..

I'm really glad I ordered more, there is a ton more work to be done in that place!


....DH thought I was crazy when he grabbed a turkey stick and I slapped his hand and said "Not on your life!" but that is my FAVORITE!

I spoke to them today. They said they cancelled my first order and the second email I received is the new order number. Fine with me! They should be crediting my card for the first order, it will probably show up in the next day or two. At least the prices went down between the two orders, the one item being backordered saved me $6

Yesterday their webpage said "last 2 days." I thought maybe today they'd be pushing stuff out since I could not believe some of the HUGE markdowns yesterday (85% + off). Well I was thankful I ordered yesterday because today the little bit of sale items they have are 30% off, and it's not much. Some things I ordered yesterday at 75% off weren't on sale at all anymore. So hope everyone that was thinking about it got their orders in yesterday.
