I don't know if this would work or if I can even do this or not. I'm sure someone here knows though.

If my 7 month out date is today and it's booked but the rest of my days are available, if I waitlist, will it book all the other days as of tomorrow at 8 am?

Then theoretically that first day would still be waitlisted, but I would get all my other days?

Cause if my first day was available I'd be able to book the whole 5 days, but because it's not, it won't let me book the other ones.

Does this make sense? I'm terrible at explaining things. LOL

No. The waitlist will only work if all the nights are available. It doesn't "hold" nights hoping that the non-available nights will eventually come through.

Waitlist for all nights today. Then tomorrow, try to book the remaining nights. If you get them, cancel the waitlist you created today and create a new waitlist for just the one night you still need at the beginning of your planned stay.

Good luck!

Or book a different room view / category. I find that it's good to have 1 or 2 nights separately so I can indulge on Deluxe Dining Plan at Signature or crabhouse restaurant, then eat QS / own cooking later to save some money.
