7 month mark in Feb for Sept Booking

We want to book our vacation Sept 29th onward. There is no Feb 29th. When can we book for Sept 29th onward (i.e. Feb 28th, Mar 1)?

March 1. When the month you are in does not have the end of the month days you want, you always wait to the first of the next month. Anyone wanting a Sep 29 or 30 start date cannot reserve until March 1.
