7 Month Mark - In a perfect world, which would you choose

We currently have a THV reservation at our home resort, but would like to switch to a 2BR at the 7 month mark. I completely realize that some or all of these might not be available, but pretending that they are, which one would you choose and why?
We have a total of 4 adults and 4 little kids. We will be staying in the 2BR for 6 nights and then our friends will be leaving and we will be moving to a 1BR.

With 8 adults and 4 little kids you are over the occupancy limit for the THV and for any DVC 2 bedroom villa. That's true, even if all of the 4 children are under the age of 3.

My understanding is that MS will not allow 12 in a THV no matter what the ages of the occupants happen to be, so I am not sure how you even got the THV reservation. Since you already have it, you may want to keep what you have to avoid a problem when you try to change.

FWIW, 12 people in a THV or a 2 bedroom will be very, very tight.

Are you traveling in October? If so, BCV and BWV may not be an option due to F&W.

Me, I'd stick with the Treehouse. You will love having separate rooms for the parents and a room for the kids...

Hello

This would be a no brainer in our play book.

1. Four children = a resort close to the MK = BLT

2. 8 persons in a two bedroom = lots of bathroom time = 3 bathrooms in a
2 bedroom= BLT

3. A resort that still relatively easy to obtain at 7-months = BLT

I'd vote for BLT for all of the reasons given by searlproudbottom. Just being able to walk home after the parade and fireworks at MK to BLT is priceless.

The only two bedroom I'd put four adults and four children in would be OKW. All the rest are going to seem crowded and uncomfortable.

Though the bathroom situation may seem crowded at the THV, I'd keep the THV. Parents each get a room. You could almost put all the kids in the bunkbed room if you had an Aerobed.
