7 month availability for July 2023

I'm trying to plan ahead for next summer (July 2023) and am stressing over my point situation and wondering what availability will be to book with only a 7 month window. It looks like July is in high points season, so does that mean that it will be super in demand, or does it work in reverse like it does at WDW where everyone wants to go when the points are low? Ideally, I'd like to book a 2BR ocean view, but I have flexibility here with the view, and could also take a 1BR, as well.

I am so excited for this trip, but am worried about not having the extra four months.

Aulani owners, like WDW owners, are cheap with their points. Ocean View 1BR or 2BR is pretty easy to get just about always. Studios and Standard Views would be more cause for concern.

Thanks - this is what I am hoping, but I am still nervous! I keep wondering if I should be looking at renting out all of my VGF and BCV points so that I can use the money towards renting out someone's AUL points in order to get that 11 month advantage. But that's a lot of points to be messing with, with the risk of not getting my points rented out or something going wrong in the process. I know I should probably just be patient and use my own points to make this reservation.
