7 mo. window at VB

I was reading the thread about the views at VB and thought maybe we might want to go there next August. I was just wondering what my chances were of scoring a 2BR at VB for August at the 7 mo. window. Can anyone help?

I think chances are probably pretty good. In August, schools in the South are starting to open. If they don't have availability right when you call at 7 months, I bet something will come through without too long a wait on the "wait list". Just remember, August will be quite "tropical".

I would guestimate success. Winter break and Easter break at 7 months may be challenging, but August will be fine.
