I saw one of the other 7 for 4 posts and noticed someone got 2 rooms on their reservations. Are you able to get 2 rooms for the 7 for 4 deal? I ask because if we go my mom wants to come with us but wants her own room...

How could I do this? We want to go in late Sept or Oct...

Hi!
I know you can book the two rooms for the 7/4 deal because when I booked our DV deal last week, the cm told me that 2 rooms with King beds was all that was available at CBR for us. We already had ressies so we managed to keep our room at the new deal. But....if your gonna take them up on this deal, I wouldn't wait to call....

Hope this helps!!

This is what I was told tonight. That you can have 2 rooms if there are children or others in your "group" staying in one. I assume that is assuming that you pay for it all together. I think as long as you book it at the same time on the same card(one transaction) you can! :) HTH!

I KNOW!! Mine is supposed to be here today.....I have been in a tizzy...lol.... Who knew that planning a trip to Disney would be so stressful...I wish I could book it already! :)

Would it be better if my mom just applied for the card herself and got the 2nd room on that? The only benefit I can see would be for the extra disney dollars and 0 percent financing for 6 months...

She could, but the only thing is what if she's not approved for the offer? And also, I'm not sure you can book seperately and get rooms together? Especially since they said there are only so many rooms available for this deal. I'd call Disney Travel Co. and ask 1-800-828-0228

We got the 7 for 4 deal for two rooms. As someone mentioned, it was our core family (DH, me, DS, DD, and MIL) staying in two rooms, and had to be paid in a single transaction.

Good luck on getting the rooms!!!

Jen if you don't mind me asking... What resort are you staying and how much was your total? I'm trying to decide what resort to stay at....

Another Question for you too! Are you from Houston? We are flying out of Houston and have tickets held with Continental for $230 each non-stop out of IAH. Southwest leaving HOU is about $60 cheaper, but the flight times are HORRIBLE...like 7:40pm at night leaving and early in the morning, unless you take a connected flight, which we don't want. Just wondering if you knew of anyone else that had better deals...Thanks!

Luv,

We are staying at the contemporary--2 tower club rooms for the 7 nights, with the uphs and the 200 Disney cash (100 per room) for almost $5200. We were really excited about the rates.

Kimberly,

We are from houston and flying out of IAH on Continental non-stop for the same price you mentioned.

I think the $40-$50 a ticket is well worth the convenient flight times (early going to DW, and late coming back( and the non-stop flight. WE have young kids, so we do not want to be transferring to a new flight around an airport. as my hubbie says "one flight of hell is enough"

I have a dd that will be 25mo at the time we go. So I also do not want connections. It was $60 difference ALL together, not each ticket. So, to me that's definitely not worth it. I just wanted some advice. I'm booking everything today...going to UPS now to pick up my Disney Visa! IT's there WOOHOO...coming home and booking. I thought $230 a ticket was good, if I'm not mistaken, my dh and I paid the same for a connecting flight USAirways in 2001 and continental was $300-400 a ticket, so I'm not complaining...Thanks!

So you get a 100 disney dollars for each room? On 1 visa deal correct? That's a great deal. I wish we could afford club rooms but we are looking for a moderate. Would the 200 also pertain to them?

Luv,

$230/ nonstop ticket from Houston is a great price...I would book it before the higher fuel costs start raising ticket prices.

Kimberly,

the $100 is per room, and I believe it is for any room at any resort (if available).

One last question Jenn... Are you going in regular season or value? Was it hard to book two rooms?

Thanks for all your info...

Luv,

We are going in May 2004 (Regular) season.

The two rooms were difficult to get in the tower and we had to be flexible with our dates. It seemed the earlier in May the better for availability (at least at the CR)

I will be glad to answer any other ?s you have.

Jenn
