You are more harnessed in on this ride than on BTMR. I get headaches, but I didn't get any in WDW!
I can just barely tolerate BTMR - it is definitely my limit of speed, turns and drops. Rode 7DMT last week 3x, and it was just about equal to BTMR to me EXCEPT that it is smoother and the parts that "thrill" are just a bit shorter, imo. Also, there's a slow part in the middle of the ride where you see the mine, so that helped.
Coming from someone who has to space out their roller coaster enjoyment due to headaches/vertigo, I could probably ride 7DMT at least 3 times in a row without issues. But I am triggered mostly by light and pressure changes. Individuals differ though, so YMMV.
I'm OK on 7DMT, can ride it twice in a row, no problems. I can't do spinning rides without getting a migraine, so no astro orbiter, tea cups, or carrousel. Dumbo is a maybe, as is Magic Carpets. I've never tried Mission Space. Expedition Everest makes me feel sick after two rides, so that's a once and done ride.
