Does any DISer know anything about either one of these areas? I've been researching and getting quotes, but I have no idea where they are located. Our destination is Downtown Disney for 1 night and Universal during a few days, then just relaxing.

Grand Palms is in the Lindfields development off of 192 in Kissimmee. We stayed there last year and are returning in August. It's a nice condo complex. It was very quiet when we were there last year. There's a nice community pool and hot tub. We had a nice time. You can see our plans in my sig. It's about 20 minutes to Universal (I was told by the owner).
