Thanks for the replies everyone! I appreciate y'all reading

And thanks for clearing up the French dessert mystery. I knew crepe didn't sound right but for the life of me couldn't remember the word eclair. Thanks shovan! Alright, on with the food and drink:
Day 3
I vaguely remember breakfast that day. I think we just grabbed something from the Express Cafe. They had really yummy cheese danish there
Today we did MGM and for lunch we stopped at the Backlot Express. I know a lot of people complain about the lack of good CS (and TS) locations at MGM but I happen to think Backlot is one of the better CS locations here. Once again, I was getting used to the picture taking and completely forgot to get pics of our food here. I am fairly certain you guys can conjure up an image of chicken tenders and cheeseburgers though

Our food was hot and fresh and I was once again happy to drown my french fries in honey mustard
Midday we stopped at the bar over by the Backlot Tour for a couple drinks. I had the Red Hero...I know there was some kind of banana liquer in it and it was sweet and awesome. I sucked that thing down quick!

Now for dinner. We had an ADR for The Brown Derby that evening and I was really looking forward to it. This is one of my favorite TS locations in all of Disney. Anyway, we checked in and were seated about 5 minutes after our scheduled ADR. No problem there. We ended up with a really great waitress who was very attentive and friendly. I can't for the life of my remember her name but she was blonde and from Arizona. Shout outs to her for being such a great waitress
Now, I took plenty of pictures here so let's get started:
My mom, dad, and I shared an appetizer of Cobb salad (they say it's for two but we could have easily split it between 4 it was so plentiful) and the crabcake. The cobb was excellent as always and the crabcake (which we split 3 ways) was very good:
I had a very yummy drink that night called The Hollywood. I can't remember what was in it other than vodka but it was pleasing to the palate

Now onto the main course. I had been craving this entree for so long...the sesame crusted Ahi tuna cooked rare. Good lord. It is soooooooo good. Seriously! It practically melts in your mouth. And it's presented so nicely too:
My mom, dad, and I all had the tuna and were very pleased with it. My sister's stomach was a little upset from earlier (this happens to me a couple days later) and so she just had chicken noodle soup and bread.
Our lovely waitress brought me a very tasty (and complimentary) birthday dessert of chocolate mousse with some kind of cake underneath and a raspberry sauce drizzled over the top. It was really good and normally I don't even like chocolate!:

Okay, so tomorrow I will post Day 4. It will be a fairly short post with just a review of the breakfast buffet at SOG and dinner at Bongo's. Thanks for reading everyone!
