Sorry for the delay everyone. But without further ado...here is the ending to my very first dining report ever.
Day 7
I very much wish that I had more pictures of our last two meals at Disney but I'm very sorry to report I only have pics from dinner. Once again, at lunch time I completely forgot to get pictures of our food.
But anyway, I can still review it. That morning we'd decided to head over to Wilderness Lodge since mom, dad, and sis had never seen it. I think it's such a beautiful resort and worth a trip there to see it even if you aren't staying there. So after walking around a little we decided to have lunch at Whispering Canyon Cafe. We were seated fairly quickly and our waiter was really nice. Took our drink orders right away and then gave us time to look over our menus. Now, I had heard all about WCC before. I knew the silly antics and the embarassment they put guests through. All in good fun of course! But once I saw them making a young girl gallop around the restaurant on a broomstick pony while everyone sang happy birthday to her, I snatched my b-day button off my shirt quicker than you can say "yee-haw!" I don't do well in situations like that, to say the least

But it's a really fun atmosphere and it's great to watch all the other people who get embarrassed

Anyway, on to what we ordered. Mom, dad, and sis all ordered the pulled pork sandwich which they said was really tasty. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and I thought it was great. The chicken was juicy, tender, and flavorful. All our meals came with fries. Well, mine did. I can't remember what theirs came with actually. I did get a picture of the re-fill my mom got of her iced tea. She said "I want a re-fill but not a huge one" and this is what he brought her. Nice straw too huh?

:
Later that afternoon we headed over to EPCOT. Our last ADR of the trip was for Rose and Crown which had just re-opened after being refurbished. We were all looking forward to this dinner since none of us had eaten here before other than the CS location. We were seated pretty close to our ADR time and had a WONDERFUL waiter named Chris. Oh my...he was so lovely and British. My sister and I were

over him. He was dreamyyyyyyy. Aren't British accents the greatest? They can say ANYTHING and it sounds wonderful! He says he was new to the job but he seemed an old hand at it. He was great at always checking up on us to see if we needed anything. Very attentive.
To drink, I ordered my first Stella Artois. Yum.
As an appetizer, mom, dad, and I all had the potato and leek soup. This was VERY good. And you can see the bread in the background which was good too:
For my entree, I ordered the cottage pie which came with a side of green beans. Once again, sorry it's halfway eaten

This was excellent. It had a great flavor, the mashed potatoes on top were really good and I liked the green beans (It comes with more green beans than that but I had already eaten most of them, LOL):
My mom and sister both had the chicken pasty which came with green beans as well. They say this was very good and I tried a bite and really liked it as well:
And finally, my dad had the fish and chips. He said they were good but that he's had better. I don't know, I didn't try it. I'll take his word for that:
Ah, and so ends my first dining report. I want to thank all of you who took the time to review, it really means a lot. I had a lot of fun doing this report and I'm glad people actually enjoyed it

Thanks again everyone!
