7 Days at Disney & the MANY Lessons We Learned Along the Way! My Jan 2010 TR

This weekend was Em's 3rd birthday and of course we celebrated it Disney style!

We went to a nearby mall and rode the carousel.

Had a little snack afterwards.

Then we went to the Disney Store where she picked out a Cinderella necklace and bracelet.

After that we went to another mall and let her Build A Bear! She chose a pink one and Andrew chose a puppy (His bday is in a few weeks so he made one too.)

The ride home...looks like she had a great time!

After dinner we had an Ariel ice cream cake!

My BABY is 3!!!!!! (And no longer free at Disney! )

It's a sad day when your baby turns 3 and is no longer free at Disney. Just wait until they turn 10 and are considered an adult at Disney! Crazy stuff Very sad.

Build A Bear was fun. It was our first time there and I can definitely see how one could spend a ton in that place. We just built our little stuffed friends. We'll go back for the cutesy overpriced outfits at a later date.

About a dozen people around the nail painting lady were asking the exact same thing. Everyone just looked at each other with a puzzled look.

Ariel must be the most popular princess among 3 year olds!

My DD8's b-day is next week and I've been planning her celebration. There is a grocery store here that has a GREAT bakery and I think I'm going to get some awesome cupcakes for our family dinner celebration. They had some with icing that looks like a birthday candle on top!! Way cool. Not cheap, but we'd only need 7.

What a fun b-day for her! Sleeping on the way home indicates a great time!
