But I wanna go now!!!!!!

Has anyone else go their docs????

Brat any news on your passport?
whats the weather like in the great white north?

It's gonna be 60 here today might have to put on some shorts :rotfl2:

James how warm is it down there?
Have you been in the pool yet?

Goofytoo,
It's going to be in the 80's here. We've been in the pool and the beach already this year, several times. :sunny: Yesterday was a little chilly. It was in the 70's.All around us was some really bad storms. :umbrella:
I'm with you I want to go NOW!!!! :hourglass
:wave2:

Debbie
That sounds soooooooo nice :sunny:
we don't usually open our pool until memorial day to start warming it up.
I forgot you are in Tampa too!

I started tanning to brown up my scary winter skin. ;)

My DS is 12 too

Are you packed yet?
what are you doing for excursions?

Goofytoo,

That's great, maybe your son can go around with Marisa and Jessica. It's easier when they know someone at the age.

Right now I have alot of things in a laundry basket but I'm gettuing the suitcases out this weekend.

In KeY West we're doing the trolley but not through Disney because we want to get off and on at places.I heard the shipwreck museum is great. We're going to do that and hemingway's house and maybe the butterfly thing.

Grand Caymen- Captain Marvin's- stingray city two hour tour.

Cozemul- boat ride, snorkel tour and I think there also the beach.
What are you doing?

CC we're doing the bikes, snorkel, and maybe the banana boats( Kennedy will be 8 on May30th, so we got to ask on the ship if she can do it)

Debbie :wave2:

hi
weather here has been better- the snow is almost melted- except for those big mounds! rather chilly today but sunny

i have called the passport office everyday this week- i had to tell a little "white lie" and say that i am traveling 4/18 - they said i should have the passport by next week- i can't stand the stress- :worried:

no documents yet but i did speak to sue ellen at DU she said "You should get your documents any time now. They generally arrive anywhere from 2-3 weeks before you travel. Since you are going in May I would expect them late next week possibly. They come to you directly from DCL and will come by courier (such as Fed Ex.)"
Sue Ellen has been a really super TA- i would use DU again in a heart beat

everyone have a great weekend- i am heading to Toronto Canada today to visit my parents and go to a B-day party :wave2:

Have fun in Toronto
We ventured there once.
We had a ball. I won a trip to see George Michael from a Radio station.
( This was back in the 80's) :cool1:
Only thing I ever really won.

The city is so beautiful nice and clean.

I have had great luck with dreams I would book with them in a minute.
I too really like Sue ellen and Merrie they have been very patient and helpful.

Do you really need your passport for this trip?

HI

i grew up in toronto and lived there for 20 years- unfortunately it is not as clean and safe as it once was- i really couldn't even imagine living there anymore- there are so many people ...the city is very congested now :crowded:

i don't know if i really have to have my passport - i am a canadian citizen but a permenant US resident- i have had so many conflicting answers to this question that i rather be safe and have it- i would absolutely die at the pier if they wouldn't let me board because i didn't have it- and with my luck that is what would happen! :faint:

Hey Deb

We have 2 disney excursions booked
We are going on the sail ,snorkel and Beach party in Cozumel
and we are doing the swim with the stingrays and rum point beach in Grand Cayman

We are doing Key west on our own the aquarium is fun and would like to see the six toed cats at the hemmingway house
other than that we plan on just poking around the shops etc.
gotta stop for a few drinks along the way :rotfl:

Lisa
I didn't know that Toronto had changed that much that is too bad.

We will send you some pixie dust that you get your passport by next week so you can stop worrying :guilty:

Have a good weekend

27 DAYS TILL WE LEAVE!!!!!

Hey everyone,
Just in case you haven't seen it yet, the Travel Channel has a Disney Cruise show on tonight. It's on at 8:00 & again at 11:00 here on the east coast. I'm TIVOing it in case I fall asleep. Hope it has some good info and I'm sure it will get us all even more anxious. :Pinkbounc
We've booked the 7:30 a.m. Stingray City Snorkel in Grand Cayman. DH is an early bird :crazy2: though DSs and I aren't. Guess who's paying for this trip! We've also booked 9:45 snorkeling @ Chankanaab in Cozumel and Banana Boats and Tube Rental in CC. When I called, they strongly suggest that you reserve these things in CC. DSs are also doing The Wild Side in CC. They are normally extremely active with sports so will need that outlet. :jumping1:
Starting to put together packing piles.
:wave2: Linda

Linda, How old are your boys?
Dgd won't be 8 until May 30th. We want to do banana boats but we need to ask on the ship first. They won't let her through Disney. They said to ask the cruise director. :confused3 They look like sooo much fun!!!!!!!!!! :rotfl2:
You know what we'll have fun no matter what. :cheer2: :Pinkbounc :cheer2:

Anyone get docs today?
Debbie :wave2: :hourglass

Hi Debbie,
My DSs are 13 & 17, definitely in need of "energy outlets". I sure hope there are other teen boys because I haven't heard of many of this board, so far. I agree, the banana boats sound like a blast. Prepare to get wet. Knowing my boys, it will be deliberate. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Linda

I watched it - and now I am even MORE ready to go! :goodvibes
I was really trying to scope out the bathroom to see how much room there is - and if I really need the over the door shoe holder (I think I'm going to bring one just in case!)
Are there 3 groups of us all on the 11:00 Stingray tour with Capt. Marvin's?
I wonder if we'll all be on the same boat together - that would be fun! :flower:
DD's are much better - just in time to head back to school. We were able to do a couple of fun little things locally for their spring break, so it wasn't a total bust. And at least they have something great to look forward to! :cool1:

WHAT IS A 6 TOED CAT? I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm very interested in seeing this one! Why not... 1st land day of the Caribbean cruise I've dreamed about for years .... why not start with a 6 toed cat. Where do I find this?

[/FONT]27 MORE DAYS !!!!!!!!!!

It's so close that I'm getting depressed because it's almost over.
Where are we meeting Friday night to sulk??????

:rockband: :dancer: :disrocks:

Rachel-

Thou shall not POUT on the Disney Cruise. :sad2:
It's not "Mickey-like" and you may have your Mouse Ears revoked.
OR, your family may threaten to throw you overboard! :teeth:

Doing the 4 week happy dance with ya, sis! :cool1:

If my son (the hyper almost 4 year old) doesn't sleep I'll be begging you to throw me overboard!!!!!!!
