7 day Western - May 7, 2005???

We haven't really talked about it yet, but since DH owns a tux, I'm sure he'll bring it. Which means I'll have to play Cinderella and find some old rag in the closet ... or, better yet, fire up the pumpkin and horses and go shopping for one! :wizard:
I say why not go all out, if you want to. How often does the opportunity come up?

go for it!! ::yes:: DH won't be wearing a tux but a very nice suit & i am determined to fit into the beaded gown i bought for this cruise last year :cool1:

james the outlook bar sounds like a great location- at least we can ask someone where it is by name :teeth:

MariaTia2,
My DH and DSIL are both wearing tuxes that we rented on line to have delivered to our staterooms. My 2 DD's and I have all gotten fancy long gowns to wear also. We never have an occasion to dress up so we are all looking forward to this, Even the Guys! I also have to lose 12 pounds by sail date to fit into one of my dresses. I found some real buys at Dillards on clearance. One is a white beaded gown for $35.00 and the other is a black beaded velvet two piece for $30.00. This way I can wear one to formal night and one to Palo's. :rose:

James, I think outlook is a great idea. We should be able to remember the name, even those of us who have CRS syndrome. :rotfl:

7 weeks is too long! Can we go now? :teleport:

Hi all
:cool1: Definately dress up.. It is about the only time I can wear my Mickey vest under the tux.. ::MickeyMo James

Sounds like we're going to have a group of FINE dressed DISers :earsgirl: :earsboy:

44 DAYS TILL WE LEAVE

OMG 44 days!! i am so excited i don't know what to do with myself- :cool1:

tera your doing so well on your weight loss- i have loss a total of 37 pounds- i feel great!! now if i could loose 20 more before we go i will be happy, happy happy :dancer:

Thanks Bratray - Congratulations on your loss!! You should check out the WISH boards on here... great source of information and motivation.

Better start packing soon ;)

In Cozumel, we have already booked the Dolphin Encounter with DCL. We are traveling with my parents and they are interested in going to Chankanaab Park. None of DCL's excursions are really what they are interested in. So, here's my questions: can you just take a taxi to the park, or do you have to take a boat to get there? Any idea how much $ ? How long does it take to get there? I was able to research the park fees, etc. Does anyone know if they will be able to watch our encounter with the dolphins? If you guys don't know, I'll post on the other board, just thought I'd run it by you! THANKS! :)
Thanks for the countdown Tera, I'd be lost wiht out you!! :goodvibes

or 1 month and one week
or 6 weekends
no matter how you slice we are going soon!!!!!

Pack -pack-pack -away!!!!!

I got my ressies for Palo Brunch :cool1: I got my ressies for our couples massage :flower:

Oh Happy Day :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Ok so maybe I didn't need that coffee :earseek:

Well.... I wasn't planning on getting THAT decked out, but since my table mates (Tiggerzfan) will be in Cinderalla attire and a tux, I don't want to look like the redneck relatives. Good thing I read the boards Donna, I would have been in a Walmart sundress and sandles while you guys were dressed for the prom. Hee hee! I got a new suit for my 3 yr.old. for Easter, so he's all set. At least I'll have pictures of us all dressed up nice. That NEVER happens. I rarely get formal pictures. In fact, I still have a disposable camera full of cruise pictures from last September!
Anyway.... 44 and counting!!!!!! Yippppppeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that was pretty darn funny :rotfl: : :rotfl2: : :rotfl:

Just an idea to share.... our DD's are getting several things in their Easter baskets for the cruise. The "Easter Bunny" is going to put Mickey heads (stickers) on the items that are for the cruise. When the girls see their baskets I'll say "the Easter Bunny must've got you this for the cruise!" (or for the plane ride. etc.) ;)

I'm going to be on the may7th cruise also. It's me my husband and 8 year old grandaughter. iIwas reading a different board. They were saying that they already made their spa resverations. Does any body know how they did it.Really curious to know.

LostGirls - I'm doing something similar to that. I bought Eeryor and Tinkerbell pj's for the girls and matching socks. I'll put those in their baskets with journals that I bought and some candy. I still need to run to the Disney store and pick up some other little things.

Mommommouse - As far as I know, the only way you can book your spa reseveration is if you booked the REAS package.

Hi all :cool1: and hello to mommomouse fro Taaaaampa :teeth: Tera you are absolutely correct about ressies without the REAS..I undersstand that tinkerbell came to me in a dream to put some pixie dust all over old man weather for our trip,,, :flower: I won't say a word to anyone up north about the weather, just to say you had better bring plenty of sunscreen with ya...It never hurts to dream of good things.AAARRRRHHHHH pirate: James

Hi! everybody, Iwant to thank who ever it was that talked about going in Oct. and then finding the Florida resident rate. I was reading your post last night and saw you talking about the resident rate. Well I called Disney and got back $800.00. That will come in real handy. This is our second cruise. We went last January 13th. Can't wait to go. My husband thought I was crazy to start packing already but I see you"ll are packing too. Disney is the best. See you soon ! : ::MickeyMo

Tiggerzfan, :cheer2: :cheer2: Where are you from in bucks? I'm from Langhorne, Been in Tampa :sunny: :sunny: three years. My son lives in Newtown. My whole family still lives there. Maybe I'll bump into you on the cruise. Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :cheer2: :cheer2:
