Hi
We have an upcoming split stay -
5 days off site
2 on site
3 off site
5 on site

I thought we would be able to reserve for our on site days plus seven additional days but it doesn't seem to be working that way.

I can just now book the first day of my "3 off site" but it won't let me without canceling one of the days I've already booked.

When my 5-day on site window opens, should I be able to book those days without canceling others?

Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks for any insights.

I have a similar situation - two on-site trips about one month apart, booked with different groups and totaling 9 days. I also wanted to book for a few single days in Nov since I was going solo. I had this same situation over the summer, as well. Over the summer it was not a problem - I booked for all my on-site days (11 days total) plus had 4 additional days for off-site days. However, I was not able to do this now. I called and was told I would have to cancel some days from my on-site trips in order to prebook fast passes, but I could get some-day fast passes even though I was at my limit. I emailed Disney about how I didn't think this was fair since I had both on-site and day trips and someone called me back and actually gave me three fast passes for the one day I was going by myself. I'm not sure if they would do that for more days but you should definitely email Disney if you are unhappy about something. They won't always be able to fix it, but they need to know what you are having problems with so they can incorporate that info when making future changes. I was repeatedly told they are still working on ways to allow pass holders fast passes but are concerned about pass holders booking FP and then not showing up (which is why same-day FP are available past your 7 day limit - they know you are there to use them). It sounded like they felt the more days they allowed pass holders the greater the chance people would book and then not use FP.

Interestingly, when trying to figure out my situation, I found that I could book 9 days worth of fast passes since that was how many on-site days I had, but they did not have to be when I was on-site - they could be spread out before, during, and after my on-site trips.

Thanks JayLeeJay

After attempting to book and spending a lot of time on the phone this morning, it seems there is a hard day limit of 10 days. I'm able to book that but no more. She said that even UK guests with 14 day tickets are limited to 10. Is that everyone else's experience?

I did register my feedback that this entire process is SO CONFUSING and frustrating. I think it's easy if you are staying on site up to 10 days, but otherwise... ugh.
