Just wondering is that 7 days or 7 nights. I am going from August the 26 to September 3 and I am trying to figure out the best way to get the most for our money using the deal with the ultimate park hopper passes.

It's 7 nights and 8 days because your UPHs are good from the moment you check-in until midnight on your check-out day.
