7 am MK rope drop from VGF

I am stressing about getting to MK at RD on our first full day on Sunday from VGF. It looks like the resort monorail may not open until 7am on Sunday. If we leave the villa at 6, should we walk to the TTC and take the ferry or try the boat launch at GF? We don't mind walking and don't have little kids/strollers but there will be 8 of us. I don't want to walk to the GF boat launch to find it crowded or not operating yet. Thanks!

Good question, posted monorail hours are 7:00 AM. You might want to ask a monorail CM.

If there is not a monorail working you can use a bus or the boat if it is operating.

EMH starts an hour before the park opening so it all depends on that. Next week and over the holidays parks open earlier.

I'm at SSR and stressing too. I want to be at MK for 6:20 am latest on December 30.
Last time we went on December 27, we were staying at BLT and walked over. We left BLT at 6:00 am and walked over to MK.
We did everything twice before 11:30 am and left while the mobs were coming in. It was a magical day LOL

You'll want to ask at the hotel the real operating hours of both the boats and the monorail are on the day in question. Generally, the monorail starts running an hour before the MK opens. If RD is at 7am for EMH, that would put the start time of the monorail at 6am.
