7 a.m. EMH & 7 Dwarfs Mine Train

Disney added a 7am EMH on one of our MK days. Trying to figure out what the best plan of attack is and Touring Plans keeps telling me that the mine train will be about 21 min no matter if I make it my first, second, or fourth ride of the morning.

This seems unlikely unless the 7am EMH is so early that lines really will be very short.

We did 7am EMH on Friday, and we got back to that area around 7:05/7:10am, and the line was already 45 min.....we skipped it and did the REST of MK.....but also if WDW finds the need for an 8am park open an a 7am EMH, there will be more people than you think.....by 9am, I saw lines were getting longer....

Definitely do 7DMT first. The one place I find Touring Plans to be unreliable is on the first ride of the day - especially if you plan to be near the front of the rope drop pack. And totally ignore any posted wait times in the first few minutes the park is open - I honestly think on the high demand rides they go ahead and set the wait times high since they know they'll get there really really soon. Again, if you are relatively near the front of the rope drop crowd - ESPECIALLY on a 7am EMH, you will bacially walk on 7DMT.

I would always make that my first stop. If you fight your way to the front during rope drop, you can almost walk on. I was in MK this morning for EMH and it was a 30 minute wait all the way until 9:30, which surprised me. I’ve seen much worse.

ha I bet they did inflate that time to 45 min in the first 10-15 min of the park being open, but I did see that the outdoor queue was filled, so I didn't wanna chance wasting time
