well just over a week to go (going Manchester wed and fly thur)
thought id update things a bit.

well my tickets arrived over a week ago and ive got all my $'s

weve swapped seaworld with Universal so we get to do Seaworld at the end of our trip, the new ride should be open by then and husband wants to eat at Seaworld in the evening. couldnt do before as had an ADR at Ohanas in the evening.

weve also been busy ordering cakes
we ordered one for our anniversary, i know husband did look into getting me flowers while away, but i thought i wouldnt get the benefit and suggested a cake that we could all share. told him he could buy me some when we got home




son was a bit jealous he couldnt get his name put on our anniversary cake! lol
so weve orderd him one for our 1st night.

ive nearly packed and weighed the suitcases, all within the returnflight weight. (around 20kg) just need to see how much spare space weve got now for pressies

Sounds good, hope you have a fantastic time. If I were you I would try to pack less to make more room for purchases. We always seem to bring a lot back even when we don't plan too.

we only stick to the parks and arent really shoppers so wont be doing a shopping trip

Sounds like you have got it all covered. Exciting time for you. Not going to the malls will help a lot. My lads are in to Abercrombie and Hollister so end up stocking up on clothes when we go as they are not readily available over here so our cases always get a bit full and I am known to buy the odd thing or two.

We as a family are not big shoppers either - but we always take an empty suitcase each inside our slightly larger ones (just to be on the safe side you understand - on our first 3 trips we needed a last minute dash to Walmart for more cases, so we are learning)

well todays the day when we take a drive to manchester, staying the night at Crowne plaza.

today has gone so slow, still got 2 hours before i have to pick son up from school and husband arrives from work
i had my lunch about 11, hoping thatd make the day go quicker- didnt work im afraid.
least ive got the washing to keep me busy! just the towels drying and its all done.

got excited at putting the virgin luggage tags on the cases

cant wait for the flight tomorrow all being well then we will be well on our way to Orlando.
