Jury selection for the Casey Anthony case is taking place outside Tampa. They will then bring them to Orlando for the trial.

Casey Anthony's? ... They are picking the jury out of Pinnelas county, I watched some of it last week. They had one potential juror up on the stand for 3 and 1/2 HOURS asking him questions.

Can you imagine if that was Kevin?????

Wanted to let you know that after some debate and the continued recommendation from all the Podcast crew regarding the iPad, we joined the collective two weeks ago.

Cathy loves hers, she has read more in the last two weeks than in the last six months. With her daily two hours on the train commuting to work, it is the perfect companion.

I find that I use mine for emails from the field, so much easier than the iPhone to type responses.

Plus the iPads make long plane flights easier (LONDON/PARIS!!!)

Hey Kevin. I just woke up to the most beautiful scenery. It's 6 am here in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Chris and I have been road tripping through Alberta and BC on our way to our Alaska cruise. Have never been to this part of Canada and have been in awe of the beauty. The rocky mountains incredible!

Today to Vancouver, tomorrow on the Wonder. My folks are loving it.

We have never been called for jury duty and have said we would love to just once. I know be careful what you wish for!

You have not been far from our thoughts these last few weeks. Chris, Ben and I send our love and we will see you this summer.

How long is Jury Duty there?

In Texas you show up in the am and if they do not need you, you are free at noon.

In Ohio I had to show up from 9-4:30, Monday - Friday for two weeks. I was never even called on case.

I figured Ohio did that to teach people what prison is like.

Wow, Ohio sounds like torture.

NYC is 2 days, 9-5.

In Virginia, you have to call in every day, and if they need you then you go in...can't remember if its for a week, or two weeks.
