Here's the Grown Up Princess night pic. All the ladies looked stunning that night.

I'm sure the tiara will make the trip. I'm thinking that we'll try to stuff the formal into the luggage somehow. I think Linda looked drop-dead gorgeous that night. (And I cleaned up OK too, I guess. Like the sash I borrowed from our server?)

I thought I recognized it! Saw it on Roger and wondered where he got his then I saw this and thought - wow! You got the same one as the servers! :headache: Don't laugh - it was my ditz moment. :rotfl:

Yes, your right - Linda and you looked gorgeous! Although its would be very easy to hate her - she's got that lovely Christie Brinkley look to her. But like the original - you can't hate her. You did good Mike! :thumbsup2 We'll have to attempt something like that again. It sure was heaps of fun! Any excuse for bling and dress up. ;)

Grisham book about a football player that goes to Italy to play.

I read this over the summer - it was cute and made me hungry while reading

OK y'all are going to have to give me the title - I think I know it but I haven't followed Grisham since late 90's - the rape trial of the little girl in Mississippi I think?

Off topic for this cruise, but...

...were you ever able to see the slideshow that I made our repo cruise? If not, here's a link to it:
Mike, this was a joy to watch- the music and syncing of the pictures was perfect! I felt like I was there!! It was so muh fun recognizing Julie and Laura in the shots! What a magical place this is- stangers, total strangers watching another stranger's video and smiling and feeling warm, happy tears welling up inside. I just am so blessed to have found this place and all of you! I cant wait for ours !! :grouphug: :grouphug:

Yes, Mike, I saw it before but I don't think I ever told you how impressed I was with it -- you did a wonderful job!

MIke - I keep telling you that you don't have to volunteer yourself - you have Julie and I to do that for you. :lmao: But I'll remind you of that as I have a problem with electronics. :rotfl:

Absolutely -- I love volunteering Mike for things!:rotfl2:

OMG! My 15 yo has become a label snob ONLY when she's with me. I can't believe I made it 15 yrs before I hit this spot. I feel for you. At least the kids know that I won't buy it unless its on sale at those stores. April likes American Eagle because its her initials and therefore doesn't have to have her name on it. :rotfl2:

 JoAnn! Found our Italian Language expert! :rolleyes1 :confused3
Sorry, I was only 6-9 when I lived there and despite having an Italian class at our DODDS American school and competing for soccer stickers for correct words each week, I only remember "how much" "thanks" and "tomorrow." I had Spanish for a few years in high school and college and can understand more than I can speak.

He went from an Osh Kosh boy to a label snob this past year. The power of peers! Luckily Brennan could really care less what he wears for the most part, besides loving his horse and Star Wars shirts. I'm a bargain hunter too and make sure that I always, always buy those brands on sale. My parents treated him to 4 new Hollister shirts for the start of school and they were $155. I'd never have done that, so he's lucky. If it's over $15, he has to either pay half or wait until it goes on sale. Of course when I do find things on sale, I tend to buy more than I should, but can't pass up the bargain. DH keeps telling me it defeats the purpose of a good deal when I buy multiple items, but I tell him then Keegan gets more instead of just one!

Josh and I went shopping on Saturday and noticed that we've got a Hollister shop opened in our local shopping mall. I aksed him if he'd ever heard of Hollister and he said "no". So I was just wondering what type of clothes do they do there ? are they expensive ? if so are they worth the price ? and are we talking major brand label here ?

I'm pretty sure Hollister is a spin-offf store of Abercrombie & Fitch. If not, they sell a remarkably similar style of product. They are just as expensive as A&F, and they seem to be a good quality. I see more and more of the younger kids in my class wearing their products, so I guess they're becoming a pretty popular brand, at least in my area.

I had never really heard of them either until we were at Disney last year and noticed a ton of kids wearing t-shirts with Hollister on them. A few months later when we were at a "real" mall (ours is awful and only has JC Penney and Sears) Keegan asked to go in one and loved everything. I didn't buy him anything at that time, but it was close to his birthday and I came home and bought him some shirts online. Comparing them to other labels I know, I think they are much thicker and better made than Aeropostale. He had a brand new Aeropostale hoodie sweatshirt I got him last season on sale yesterday and I realized last night it had a hole in the seam of the sleeve already. I'd say they are similar to American Eagle. I haven't been to an Abercrombie shop in years, so I can't compare those two.

Well I got my confirmation for both cruises from TA yesterday!

Now I have to figure out how many days in London before cruise?

What to do in Dover between cruises?

What to do in Barcelona after cruise, I am thinking about heading to Madrid for a look see then flying back to Boston From there?:surfweb:

So much to plan so little time!:lmao: :rotfl:

Sounds like a lovely holiday.

Heres a weblink for Dover with suggestions of things to do. I don't know how much of it is doable in just a few hours

http://www.enjoyengland.com/destina...GGL&CAT=HolidaysDestinations&KEY=Dover&MED=St

It's easy to spend a couple of days sightseeing in Barcelona as there's lots to see as for Madrid I've never been there so I've no suggestions.

Happy planning

Yeah not like the EB Repo! That was a vacation!:beach:

I did the Med in 2007 we were so tired by Villafrance we didnt get off the Ship!:lmao: :rotfl:

These port intensive cruises are very very wearing!:faint:

I would have loved it if they only did Baltics with a Repo home for Labor Day! I would have been all over that!:cool1: :cool1:

It is not easy dragging 4 little ones my only hope is that my youngest will be 6 on the cruise so maybe it will get easier!:scared1::dance3: :grouphug:
Who am I kidding!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :rotfl:

I have to say if I were suggesting places for a tourist to go I wouldn't put Dover high on my priority list but I'm sure that there will be plenty of stuff to keep ALL of your gang happy and occupied :goodvibes :goodvibes
