Robert why in the world would you think that I would chime in on your drinking excursions?!? :drinking1 :rolleyes1 :rotfl: :confused3 :drinking1 BTW...have a drink for me while watching Wishes from the BLT lounge. :drinking1

Hmmmmm I do not know?????:3dglasses:lmao:

:wave2: Good Morning All :wave2:
Im off to WDW dont worry I am bringing new laptop & BLT is supposed to have free Wifi for DVC members!:thumbsup2

Robert

Have required bottle of scrumpy for you - hope you can
a) see only one boat when we arrive in Dover, and
b) make the departure!!

Have you had "real" scrumpy before or just Cider. Personally not keen on cider & scrumpy is just evil! DH is on a hunt for the strongest scrumpy known in the UK just for your consumption & everyone else's amusement!

Celestine
:rotfl::thumbsup2

a. I dont have to see the ship to board her er it!

b. What ever do you mean by make the departure?;):scared1:

:scared1: I knew he was up to something thanks for the warning!:thumbsup2

I am starting to get the impression that Paul may be evil! (Does he work for the Inland revenue?;):lmao:):ssst: but I will give it a few days er or afternoons er or nights of drinking before I make my final determination (Barb feel free to chime in)

Truthfully if I can down shots of Mescal (Mexican turpintine) I should be able to handle scrumpy properly chilled! :drinking1:

Thankfully I know I have you to watch out for me Celestine & keep me aprised of your hubby's EVIL Intent!

Where is Andrew this is starting to have Dr. Who overtones!:woohoo:popcorn::
We'll make sure your on the ship before we leave:thumbsup2

Robert how wrong can you be....Celestine is the evil one, as she is in fact a dreaded.... sorry I mean friendly HMRC worker (Inland Revenue does not exist anymore) so tax and customs is her forte. Don't call her evil or it may be rubber glove time on your arrival in Blighty:eek:

Looking forward to sinking (bad word selection), downing (not much better) a few beers or JD's onboard although you can keep the tequila, last time I had a night on them I missed the lemon and found the floor:scared1:

By the way, I cannot believe she mentioned missed departure to you of all people:rolleyes1 trust me, we will not miss the boat.

So funny, my DH keeps threatening to come on and embarrass me (or get me banned) on this forum by posting under my name:rolleyes:
So if I post something really bad it is NOT me.

Paul we have to get you your own Dis board ID so you can join in the fun:woohoo:

Mr Celestine?;)

How much tip is expected?

Apologies if this has been answered, but I'm on catch up as I've been on a course for the last 2 days, so have only managed to keep up with PMs. DH has been reading which makes it difficult as I click "read first unread" and end up missing lots! Anyway, in reply to your question. Usually about 10%, but I usually round to the nearest 50p or £, and it is alwyas to reflect the service. If you a group (usually 8+) the tip is usually automatically added

Thanks:thumbsup2
That's what I had read on the internet, but I wanted to just confirm that with you guys:goodvibes

Just read that a new exhibit is opening at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. It will showcase the late Grace Kelly and all her beautiful gowns that she wore. Here is a link to the site: http://www.vam.ac.uk/collections/fashion/gracekelly/

When we were on the Magic in the Med 2007, I thought it was fascinating to hear about her life as our guide took us around Monaco and showed us the road where she died.

This might be an exhibit I'd be interested in seeing.

Thanks Sandy:goodvibes
My DH and I have enjoyed watching many of her movies-especially the Alfred Hitchcock ones.

It's nice to get a first hand report :goodvibes, but I can feel a case of green envy coming on :lmao: if we hear what a great time :beach: you're having at the end of each day:dance3::laughing::laughing:. Please be kind in sparing us how great it is at WDW :hug: I don't have my next visit set up yet. :worried::sad:

I just got off the phone with a very helpful and informed DCL rep. He did say that he saw NO brunch reservations available for Palo, but that every night (except StP) had openings for dinner still. :cool1::banana::banana:

Also, and perhaps some of you already knew this...there are not going to be any fireworks pixiedust: from the deck on the Baltic cruises.:sad::charac2: Does anybody have an idea of what the "theme" night theme will be? It is supposed to be the Tallin evening, but I was wondering if it will be Pirate's night pirate:pirate: or something else?

Andrew, how did you find out what the (your) dining rotation would be? I thought I saw that on a post of long ago.:bounce:

Too early to give up on Brunch yet, but good to hear about Palo dinner:thumbsup2
I have heard people guessing a Viking theme instead of Pirate, but nothing confirmed yet.
