Not nice...was that the new one????

Funny-1.jpg

No it was my business computer:scared1: I am on the new one now it works fine!:thumbsup2 Had a little Iternet connection difficulties when I first recieved it but spent 2 hours with tech support in Pakistan & got it fixed!
Both Ethernet & Wifi work fine now!:surfweb:

I am just hoping that click free works well for rebuilding my office computer going from XP to W7 keeping my fingers crossed!popcorn:::rolleyes1

Not too sure about this, as this cruise is different from the Med ones from Barcelona.

In 2007 they were all in Europe, and where there isn't any border controls.

UK Has boarder controls with the rest of Europe, we have chosen to keep them.

Considering we leave Europe as well, I am not sure that it will be such a formality, there are two parts customs and immigration, our customs are very strong as well and considering the stuff you could buy on our cruise might also be active.

If you travel London<> Paris by Eurostar, you go through immigration and customs at least once, normally on entry.

Not saying you are wrong but in my experience, I personally expect Customs and immigration however it will be fairly quick.

We did a Baltics cruise out of Dover in 2008 and we did not have to go thru customs/immigration at the Dover port. I'm speaking from experience at Dover, I've never done a Med cruise and I didn't mention that in my post so I don't know why you brought that up in your post.

I had issues when I swapped mine, I had two DVD back ups, both failed, not compatible, (?) Both Windows, and then my 'online' back up service, gave me about 50% back, I didn't know it, that it had a capacity limit, and therefore whilst its autosave, upload as I use, it didn't warn me I went over the limit.

I still have several computers with XP so if the W7 fails i will go with plan B.
I checked ther Backup drive & it has about the same amount of GB stored which should = what I have lost so am hoping for the best!:thumbsup2

I also have online backup for my bookeeping software so I am not worried about that at all!:rolleyes1

Only time will tell!

Shouldn't that read, 'I need to help Caro figure out what we want to do in each port first and then I can figure out what signs I want to do for this cruise.'?

Why of course my dear. I thought that was implicit in any answer, "I need to finish what my dear Caro needs me to do and then....."

:woohoo: :rotfl2: Woo hoo, Andrew and Caro are back to posting like they used to. All's right in Andrew/Caro-land. :lmao:   :flower3:

:lmao: Of course dear! How could I have forgotten that very important wedding vow!

:lmao: We were "discussing" something last weekend about how something should be done and I told Andrew, ' we have to be sure to tell Barb about this, she would be sooo happy!' He agreed! :rotfl2:

I don't know if I should be honored to be part of that conversation or just sit and wonder what it was about. :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

When are you going back down to WDW?

Hopefully after Andrew finishes fixing the toilet, he can post what it was about. We were at church and getting dinner ready for the youth Murder Mystery dinner. I just can't remember the details!

Looks like we probably won't be back down to WDW until Dec 26-Jan 1. We're meeting friends from PA down there and staying in a Grand Villa at AKL and then a Treehouse! IIRC, you'll be down there then also, correct?

So last Sunday he's fixing dinner and this Sunday he's fixing a toilet - poor Andrew. Was it about tasting something in the corner of a round frying pan? :rotfl2: :confused3 :lmao:

The plan is to be down there at some point over Christmas break, especially since we didn't get down there this past Christmas.

Not only did I fix dinner last week (though my sweet Caro did more work serving and cleaning) I helped with the breakfast this morning. We had an egg casserole dish, fruit, doughnuts, and of course coffee and tea. What type of Lutherans would we be if we did not have coffee??

The toilet here and the eating there had nothing to do with each other. I have been telling my dear Caro I will fix the leak on the toilet for about a year. I am almost finished. I broke a fitting taking off the water line and we bought a new one, only to find out it is the wrong size fitting on the hose.

I do not remember what we were discussing, but yes Barb you should be honored we were thinking of you while we were discussing it.

Hopefully we will be able to see you at WDW, if not while at the AKL GV then at the Treehouse Villas at SSR.

Now it it time to go to the Melting Pot for Alana's birthday dinner. We had invited a few of her friends (they were even going to be at a separate table. but nobody could come. :confused3

:worship: I'm honored to both you and Caro.

Plumbing fixes always lead to something else. DH is going to change out the kitchen faucet in FL next week, hopefully it doesn't lead to a bunch of other things.

We've yet to go to the Melting Pot. There's one about 30 minutes from us and it's been there for years and years, but we've not made it up there. We really need to try it some day.

I checked Euro Lottery yesterday and I won 7 pounds!! as I won 10 pounds on Wed and Friday 7 pounds - 17 pounds but why little money as I should be win big one :rotfl::rotfl:

I am not giving up until this cruise:rolleyes1

Very rainy and windy here today. It seems the winter we never had is hitting this week. Just in time for spring break for the kids! :sad2:

We have the same weather as well. Supposed to get 2-4 inches of rain between last night and tomorrow. :headache: :scared1:
Saw on the news this morning they are calling for high 70's the end of the week and the weekend. I hope the FL weather will be the same or a bit better. :thumbsup2

Finally getting some sun here. Supposed to be high 60s/low 70s for the first part of the week at least. Finally got to break out the shorts!
