We are sitting at Long Beach airport waiting to go home. The flight is overbooked, we have our name on the list already!
We had a good past 10 days. Visited Andrew's family, had a quiet Christmas and then a good time at Disneyland! I'm still in love with the Grand Californian, both the hotel part and our one night in DVC!

YES; Stuck my head out and said they will be up this week, by Thursday, based on the release of Transatlantic and Med trips. I have noted some preparation for this and a caller to DCL, said the CM told him they are up. I bet they are on their and TA's system in preparation now.

They must be updating the DCL site as I can log into CC but it will not showme any past or upcoming info!

Also I checked & still no port info!

I think they are playing with us, or loading, I have seen this weekend, it go out a few times, now often when you guys are in bed, its taken off, the same as these boards, about 8am 9am it goes slow, but I think we are close to the Baltic and English repo Barcelona to Dover, being added, it would be a bit churlish, if they only do the English repo and let us wait another 7 days, but they did the transatlantic then 14 days later did the Med ones.

But I have said I think its this week and Thursday would be the pivotal day, if they follow the previous ones.

UPDATE.

Since I last checked this morning, the DCL website has changed. Been looking at it about three times each, day (sad), and yes on each port now under the port adventures bit, it has changed, and this looks like the foundation for a release.

Now I did keep saying by Thursday, first week of January, looks any time now, I wouldn't be surprised if its over night.

Let the planning begin.

NOTE:- Tallinn, Estonia Not updated as yet and as the first two cruise do not go there looks like they will delay that one.

Just checked and Tallinn has the same info the other ports do.
BTW...the 2nd sailing does go to Tallinn. The rotation is Helsinki, Tallinn, Helsinki, Tallinn.

Warnemunde does not have the same info under port adventures so my guess is they are doing it alphabetically and it will be changed within the hour.

Pirates are going to hijack the magic in the return North Sea crossing and take the ship direct to Tortola. There Captain Jack will organise our release, to 'worlds End' resort, for a week, before being allowed home.

As you already know, we did get bumped! 300.00 vouchers each! WOO HOO, I feel another trip coming on! Alaska put us up in a hotel near LAX last night and we got out on a 1:00PM flight today. It was originally not going to be until tomorrow.

We loved GC DVC!!!! It's not one our home resorts (AKL and SSR). We were only able to get the last night in DVC, but did have a Artisan Suite (on points) for the 5 previous nights. I had booked that earlier in the year.

DH & I stayed at GC in a concierge room for a night back in '03. We really liked staying there and everyone was so nice to us. They messed up our ressie and our room was not ready for hours and the poor gal at concierge felt sorry for us, we had just flown in from Australia, and she refunded the concierge fee. Then once she looked up our ressie she saw that I was a CM and on a CM rate and told us that we just got a really good deal on the concierge room. We still keep in touch with one of the concierge CM's that was working.
