It's DERBY weekend!! Anyone have a favorite?

I like Freisian Fire . . . I've never been to the Derby but a friend of mine owns racehorses so I have been to the Belmont (including the paddock areas) many times. Are you going to the Derby?

Seriousely I would consider buying bank stocks but the current administrations penchant for taking large companies through Bankruptcy is scary!

However I did but GE near its recent low & it does pay a nice dividend as well!

YOu are such the funny one this morning.... My first thought for WM would have been waste management but it's wealth management. But I guess at the moment they could be interchangable.

Might have to look into GE, a nice dividend does sound good. I'm glad I don't have Chrysler stock right now - now that's scary.

Still now word on a new closing date for the FL house. Just had to sign another 2 week extension. The realtor said they are still waiting on the lawyer .
Have I even mentioned how much I dislike laywers and that I'm totally sick of them at the moment?!?

First time I read that I muddled up the last word, and though the second letter was an 'i', I understood that one, but when I realized it was 'passed' I know I was only walking at 50mph, to your 100mph

Well, I thought that to you the last word with an "i" would mean you were drunk . . . and even for you that was pretty early to be plastered . . . You'd better not come to NYC and slow me down on a crowded sidewalk -- if I can't pass you, I will be the American meaning of that last word with an "i"

You'll have to tell me at some point what you have planned for Venice -- I just worked this trip out in the past week or so, and I figuring out what I want to do (other than wander around, get lost, and drink Bellinis!).

Well on Venice, I have given control to the kids, I am too busy organising Summer, Orlando, DCL, (Booking at 5am tonight) . I know we should get a boat transport pass, so you can go anywhere, like our 'Oyster' card, and there is a Venice card for all the attractions. Thats it so far!

Not looking forward to a rainy weekend. DD said tonight she's ready to go to FL and I asked her why. Her response - "Because it's not raining there". I told her that we can't be the only place in the world getting rain this weekend and she thinks we are.

Was up at 4.30am for 5am to do all my Palo and Shore booknig for Tortola, went like a dream loged in at 5am, got all my first choice. Though some slots were gone!!!!! Or not running.

Should have been approx 22 cabins allowed to book + REAS customers we do not have a figure for that, now I know some St Thomas tours have been canceled, but some thnigs we still not available, presumed dropped for ous cruise, and a couple of Dinner slots late last Friday night, not sure if thats Disney as its last night or a group booking.

Was basically a breeze but didnt want too much anyway, I really wasnt bothered if I got a trip at St T and CC anyway, only wanted Totrtola baths.

Still here -- not washed away yet! Yesterday we had heavy rain from late afternoon through the evening . . . today it rained in the morning but cleared up -- but I think more rain for tomorrow and some chance every day in the foreseeable future . . .

Got up early, then last night decided to go to bed early and neighbours two down form us decided to have a small garden party with loud music to 2am, so no one could sleep.

Don't you have regulations about noise so that at some point you could have notified the police about the excess sound??? That is terrible!
