Your daughters are far brighter than the person who thought this CC sheme up!! Its pure logic, looking after the customers who have cruised the most with you and 'days' is the easiest and simplest way to measure this,

Even if you say 14/15 night cruise is double that is fair!

You would be platinum wouldn't you?

Yes, if they counted my cruises that were over 10 nights as two credits I would be platinum . . .:sad2::sad2::sad2:

I am also over 60 days on the ship and yet just gold!

:confused3:mad:

I cannot see how 60 days + on thier ships can equal exactly the same as say 18 days on 6 x Wonder cruises?????

Yes at a push I can accept a Wonder cruise = a Magic cruise of 7 nights, I could run with that, but, 11 nights, 14 nights and 15 nights = a Wonder cruise, 'NO'

Even my daughters thought it was strange that someone who has cruised on 3 or 4 night cruises 7 times were considered equivalent to us, when some of our cruises have been 11, 14, and 15 night cruises. On RCCL if your cruise is over 10 nights it counts as two credits and DCL could easily do that . . .
:thumbsup2

PS, I do not like Hawaii, makes things a bit easier!!! I wouldnt cruise there!!!
I took my wife to Italy for our Honeymoon & she wanted to go to Hawaii, so I will go if I get the chance either with DCL or DVC or both if I get the chance & it works for me

You are ahead of me but I will be well over 60 at the end of next summer!

You will be over 90 at the end of next summer Julie in DCL years!;):lmao::rotfl2:

I know - if I do all three I have booked next summer, I would be at 95 days completed on DCL -- but just platinum (10 separate cruises) AFTER those cruises!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm pretty sure that RCCL counts suites as two credits as well as cruises over 10 days with their loyalty program . . .

I have to say that this Castaway Club is very scary for a first time cruiser. :scared1:

I only hope the excursions and Palo ressie's don't fill up before it's released to everyone. I shall be biting my nails until May...

I cannot believe that DCL will not be bending over backward to make sure that people at any level can book Palo and excursions - they make money on both, especially excursions. Most excursions can keep expanding by adding more buses - it's things like dolphin swims that are the hardest to get because there are limited slots, and there are fewer things like that on this cruise.

Try not to worry about it:flower3:

Thanks, that does make me feel better. I'm sure they will expand the popular excursions for folks.

This was AWESOME!!! Leave it to Disney to think of having a ball at the palace... princess: I can't wait to see what comes from the other ports. I do hope that the ball works out though. Magic...simply magic pixiedust:!!!!

Hi everyone, sorry I've neglected this thread for the past week. :upsidedow

Welcome to our new cruisers.
Thanks for the b'day wishes.

Had a good day at Epcot for my b'day, spent it at Rose & Crown before flying out Monday night.
