Some cheesecakes are made with cream chesse etc, but are not baked they are only refrigerated to set. A properly done cheesecake needs to be baked in a springform pan for at 60 - 75 minutes and then cooled overnight before removing the sides of the pan. There is a tremendous difference in the taste and consistency of each type of cheesecake.

By the way, Sarah sent us the Disney Cruise line horn as a ringtone for our phone this weekend. Now we use it for special people and dream of the next cruise.

On flying I did say try to avoid 'excessively' contributing to global warming, still can have one or two flights and pay for my emissions, ( and the planes).
On the laptops, If I do not buy it then I put a shopkeeper, a retail chain, a haulage firm, a foreign exporters and taxman, jobs all at risk If I do not buy their laptop, which is already made before the slump and sitting idle.

Plus I will buy an energy efficient one that runs on recycled 'hot air' and flames from the Dis main cruise forum.

At this point, I think stimulating the economy is more important than global warming.........I vote for the new laptop and the RT flights.........

No with all my young ones I need school vacation & My son will be in College by then so Xmas/New years week will work best! As it will be one of the few holidays that will align, besides summer vacation!

Come to think of it you need school vacation week as well how are you going to do the inaugural?

Well re snow and London, on our BBC London news they showed how USA TV ABC reported our snow situation, all I can say is thank you for good quality high journalism standards.....on the BBC,

We have more snow back later this week so we do not need too much help there, I was able to get to work on Feb 2, snow day and a lot of people did, yes there was transport issues, our worst snow for 18 years, but not as reported by US TV.

I thought I could run my laptop on the flames that will help my environmental commitment and 'cool' the Disboards.

Good question, I like Toshiba, but Sony, and HP look good, looking for a goof 17 inch one, with DVD poss blue ray etc.

Be sure to look at the Thinkpad line. Lenovo hasn't screwed it up (yet) - they are great in terms of reliability and support (i.e. - you can actually speak to someone who is knowledgeable and speaks English 24x7).

For those of us who depend on our laptops for a living, Thinkpad has been the #1 brand for many years now.

However, I'm seeing more and more people going with Macs and running Windows under a Virtual machine (VMWare or Parallels) to get the best of both worlds.
